They were timely in their arrival. They protected the flooring with a moving pad, lifted the piano onto a dolly and wheeled it out. They had already picked up 3 other pianos and my was the last for the day before a long trip back to their warehouse. This company says that it places used pianos with families, who are on a list for receiving a piano. I paid to have the piano picked up and was very happy with the service given. Fine upstanding men. Renews faith in people. The company was also very easy to communicate with and responded to my calls right away. I would use them again and highly recommend the team that came out for my piano.

I hired him for a check up on a used Yamaha U3 that I recently purchased that also desperately needed tuning. He is very friendly, informative and knowledgeable.
