The nigiri is nothing special. The fish did not taste fresh or flavorful and there was absolutely no interaction between the rice and the fish. The rolls were surprisingly large. Perhaps due to the overuse of sauces, but again, the fish flavour does not come through. Very very disappointing for a place that seems authentic and masterful in its craft. Final word: I probably should have taken the young host's initial advice and filled ourselves up with the simplest rolls they know how to make.
