The samosas was crispy and tasty but not special-just good (3 stars). The rice was abysmal (1 star). I suspect it was day old and reheated or perhaps just poorly cooked; I mean it was under/uncooked and even for basmati rice was so dry as to be nearly unpalatable which impacts the dish as a whole. So I called an English-speaking woman of the staff and I protested, because I had been very clear when ordering tap water, using both English and German expressions. I asked to clear the water charge because the misunderstanding was waiter's fault. Well, she insisted I had to pay this 3,80€ charge because the waiter did not understand me. So I paid the bill and I went out very upset. I really do not recommend this restaurant at all. You can try Rambagh Palace instead, it is also in Konstanz, it offers much more quality and they are very customer friendly.
