We entered the restaurant at 9 so the rice was a little dried but everything else tasted as good as you will get from an Indian restaurant compared to Los Angeles market where most of my Indian meals were consumed. The standard chicken masala (#1 option for me), chicken Tandoori, lamb curry, Dahl, fried fish, mixed veggies with spices were amongst the hot menu. The Gulaab Jamun (Indian doughnut) was a nice finisher for the meal. With other mild flavored food I had in earlier Swiss/German restaurants, the savory food at Sahan was a welcomed change of pace. We had the lunch buffet and were able to have Halwa Puri, a traditional Pakistani breakfast. If you are anywhere in the area come here, even if you are miles away, come here.
