I reached out to this firm and they have been great so far. My Case Manager has kept me informed…read morestep by step. I am happy with their services.

Had some issues from the beginning with lack of communication. Because of the lack of…read morecommunication, I had to send my own paperwork in to request the type of hearing I would prefer since the letter said I only had 10 days to respond and they never responded to my several messages. I left a one-star review previously due to the communication nonsense, then a very nice lady calls me and tells me she's changing my case manager over to a different lady "Amber". I boosted the rating to a five-star because of how awesome she was. Then the new lady she assigned, lied to me stating that I couldn't change my mind on the type of hearing I would like to have. I decided to search the internet and found out that I can change my mind, I will post the wording below. I believe "Amber" my new Legal Assistant decided to tell me that information because obviously the longer it takes the more money they make. I should have known better to hire a large firm like this. Bad mistake on my part! Don't follow suit!!! Info found: Yes, you can change your mind. If you initially asked for an in-person hearing with a Social Security Administrative Law Judge, you can request a switch to a telephone or online video format, though you should contact your assigned hearing office as soon as possible to make the request.

When I went to Durham Law Group for help with my accident case, I knew immediately I chose the…read moreright firm to assist me. Ms. Laura was so compassionate and comforted me through the intake process, then I was assigned to Nayeli. Nayeli was a gift from God, she understood the process from beginning to end, she ensured that I was given the right doctors according to my injuries, and the doctors took very good care of me. When I would call in Nicki and Venus were very attentive to my call, even knew who I was and knew what was going on with my case. Great firm, great people. When it was time for settlement Bryce Durham reduced his fees, got the medical providers to reduce their bill almost by 60 percent and ensure that I was happy with the end results. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants a team of people who really care about your recovery both with my body and recovering financially from the insurance company. Thank you Durham Law Group.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone with a serious case or injuries. The entire process…read moreis handled by paralegals, which isn't necessarily a problem, but in this office the paralegals are unprofessional, rude, and lack negotiation skills. You never actually hear from an attorney. Case manger Nayeli, was extremely unresponsive. She rarely answered the phone, ignored voicemails and emails for weeks at a time, and frequently promised to call on specific dates but never followed through. My case dragged on for over a year after treatment was completed. Even after everything was supposedly resolved, they delayed releasing my check for another month. I was told documents couldn't be sent via DocuSign (which turned out to be untrue) just to force me to come in person. When I finally received the check, it was a very significant amount less than what was promised over the phone. She then claimed the reduction was due to medical bills that "couldn't be negotiated," despite telling me earlier they had already been taken care of. Overall, this firm was dishonest, unprofessional, and provided a very poor experience.
