Last summer we hired Pro-Kil to come to our house to take care of a wasp issue in August (we moved…read morein the house in July). They found one nest, sprayed, and then left. The problem persisted and wasps were getting into my daughter's window. The sent another guy out who barely looked around our home and told us just to deal with it. When we called again they never returned several voicemails to come take care of the problem. Fast forward to this year -- we hired a new company who came out just today to do their inspection and first spray and low and behold they found 4 wasp nests which he insisted would have been there last summer. Pro-kil is not a company I would recommend not only due to their lack of attention to detail, but also due to their poor customer service. I finally contacted Angie's list to take him off their options for wildlife control. Soon after he actually did contact me and remove the trap. He was supposed to cap the chimney however he said he was unable to complete the job and gave me my refund. It was a very strange interaction. within 24 hours, there were maggots crawling out of my fireplace. Needless to say he would not respond to any of my phone calls regarding that issue. I had to call out a company ASAP because I soon found out there was a dead raccoon in my chimney.. Do not call this company to do work. Save yourself the headache and a lot of your personal time.
