I mean, yes, I think having four shrimp makes sense when you're serving a dinner "for two," but I don't know if you can tell from the picture, it was the tiniest portion of rice and beans, etc. Those things are so cheap! The amount of rice & beans and macaroni salad, etc. on this platter would be standard for a single entrée serving anywhere else. There was one jalapeño pepper grilled for us to share. It was the most delicious thing... We had to share a single pepper? Why only two green onions? Again grilled and delicious... adding two more green onions would have been perfect. thankfully I am gluten-free, so she had the large tablespoon of macaroni salad to herself.
