It's obviously referencing Matthew McConaughey who went to college in Austin (but is originally from the San Antonio area). Lots of Austin folks make references to the actor. In the flavor profile for this beer it is juicy, citrus which contributes to a strong overall flavor but is yet smooth with this hazy. It's a nice solid beer overall. The taco was packed with these ingredients. The egg was scrambled and mixed with the potatoes and bacon. The bacon wasn't whole pieces it was like bits mixed in with the other ingredients. The potatoes were a good size. I added some green salsa. It was a little spicy but I only drizzled a little bit in the taco for added flavor. Overall, the tacos were a good size, tasty, and filling. He wanted pork but she didn't have any today, so we both ordered chicken as our protein. She told us it would be 10-12 minutes, so we sat down at the picnic table and waited. I don't believe it was even 10 minutes. The food was given to us in a bag as to take the food home. We decided to go ahead and eat there despite the strong breeze. The food was all piping hot and super fresh. Veggies were still crunchy and not soggy. Once the owner noticed we were sitting at the picnic table, she must've noticed I was trying to eat the curry after taking bites of rice and she asked if I needed a bowl and she quickly got me a paper bowl which made it much easier to devour the curry. She was super friendly I told her I had seen reviews on Yelp and wanted to try the food. She was surprised and told me she hadn't checked Yelp in a while and was checking Google more often. We live in NB where there isn't much variety or much in the way of foodie places ~ which we're hoping is going to change ~ so for true foodie experiences, we head to San Antonio, Austin, or San Marcos. I'm not as fond of Buddys bbq sauce, but, at least, they don't slather it on and thereby allow the brisket to stand on its own.
