Beautiful pieces at reasonable prices…read more This is not a Goodwill, so don't expect the pieces to be cheap. What's funny is we were just at Goodwill so I saw a glass jar that was similar to one I found at Goodwill, it was $8 at Goodwill and $34 there. However, that was the only piece I found at Goodwill, whereas here there were so many beautiful pieces. You really can't compare the two, so I'll stop here, but I just wanted to make that clear. I've been into helping the environment recently, so I want to buy secondhand pieces when I can. We were looking for a vase. I ended up finding a gorgeous shell shaped vase. They actually had two, but one had a crack on one side, which is why it was discounted by $50. I decided to go for the non cracked one, which was $140. I think this is reasonable for the quality and it's a statement piece. I saw tons of other items that I loved. There was a standing desk for around $350 and a lot of benches and tables all in the couple of hundred dollar range. Again, not cheap, but definitely less expensive than they probably were when they were new. The guy working there was really nice and helpful. Parking was easy on both sides of the building. They pack this place full of such beautiful finds. I will definitely be back.

Established eleven years ago, this shoppe is open 10 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Saturday, & 11 AM to 5…read morePM on Sundays. There are multiple vendors in this two-building antique store. Oh Whatever's mantra is "Unique & Eclectic Furniture, Decor & Illuminations." Hands down a HIGH QUALITY antique & vintage store (especially if mid-century furniture & decor is what interests you). The two mid-century booths belong to a woman w/ IMPECCABLE taste & an eye for quality mid-century! (She also is in business as a Home Stager, if you're interested.) My good friend was able to purchase a gorgeous framed mid-century painting from her, as well as two framed paintings by a well-known artist. I walked out with matching & stunning black & gold mid-century glass lamps ($295 before a discount); a George's Briard 22K gold glass dish ($38-- to match a drinking glass set I already own); & a 1940's wooden movable pin ($40)-- definitely not common. Should you want more information on what mid-century furniture & home decor merchandise is currently available here, phone the shop & ask to speak w/ JAN. (You may contact me for her email address, if that helps.) The shoppe is filled with all genres of antiques. I didn't see one piece that was not in PRISTINE CONDITION. Just a PHENOMENAL vintage store. My browsing partner is a former antique dealer. Together we have shopped the state almost monthly over the past 6+ years. When he loves an antique store, I know I'm correct in saying that it is one of the better ones you'll find. L00K @ the photos I posted-- such a GORGEOUS shoppe! Here you'll find paintings, metal art, & other wall decor; lots of furniture (NOT primitives, though); lamps & hanging light fixtures; costume jewelry & scarves; beer taps; cigar boxes; & SO much more! Do not come here expecting vintage trinkets & odds & ends. Do not come here thinking you'll get a steal on an antique or vintage item. These dealers know their merchandise & they know the market. But DO request a discount, but only only if you spend $100+ on any one item. (For example, I spent much more on a total of 3 items, but the one dealer gave me the discount on only the $100+ priced item.) There are NO RETURNS, so check the merchandise carefully before leaving. Should you need a home interior painter or someone to paint furniture, etc, speak with the shoppe's manager; it's a service offered here. Should you have merchandise you'd like to sell, phone the shoppe to discuss it w/ whomever is manning the counter @ the time. We'll definitely be back! It's too GREAT of a vintage shoppe not to drop in periodically to see what EXCEPTIONAL finds lie within its walls:)

Homegoods is such a unique spot. I especially love how many of the items have a worldly influence…read more You can find pieces that feel unique and not just mass-produced. On my last visit, I found an extra-large bar shaker, which was such a win. It's perfect for making cocktails for a group instead of having to mix multiple rounds. Little finds like that are why I keep coming back!

Do not trust the associates when you put an item on hold, they will sell it unapologetically…read more I placed 2 ottomans on hold with an employee that were at the very front of the store. It was a great find, and I knew it would get picked up immediately, so I wanted to make sure that they held them for me while I shopped around as they were too big to fit in a cart. I urged the associate to do more than just place a sticky note on it that says "CSS" (customer still shopping) and at minimum take my name if she's unwilling to place behind the 2 ottomans behind the counter like I had requested. She assured me not to worry, and that both will be available to purchase when I go to checkout. Well guess what?! They ended up selling both of the ottomans I had put on hold while I was shopping! The associate didn't even apologize and the manager wasn't willing to lift a finger to make it better. I was so upset I ended up cancelling my transaction for the other items I had shopped for and left. Do NOT trust these associates to actually hold your items, even when you urge them to take more info/action. The least that should've been done was offering a discount on the other products I was planning to purchase (I even asked the manager, and she said "no" and was equally as unapologetic as the associate who was supposed to hold my items). Purely infuriating & dissappointing, will be avoiding returning to this store at all costs.

I noticed a number of Restoration Hardware looking pieces on Craigslist from the same source but…read morecouldn't figure out if it was a store or individual selling them. I got the address from the Craigslist ad and decided to swing by one morning after my obligatory visit to Pinch a Penny to keep my pool sparkling blue so the kids don't complain. When I pulled up James was just opening his shop [pre-Grand Opening] so I was able to visit with him for a few minutes to understand his vision. I'll explain it like this...custom Restoration Hardware inspired furniture at a better price using better materials. Let's say you want a dining room table... 1.) You pick the style [table & legs] 2.) You pick the wood [reclaimed barnwood, oak, cherry, hickory, walnut, whatever you want] 3.) You choose the finish Need it a little longer, a little shorter, little higher, little lower...it's custom...he will make it to your specifications. James is a craftsman...his work is beautiful with excellent attention to detail. I was motivated to write this review because here's a guy who after retiring from the military has decided to chase his dream and create a business from his passion of custom woodworking.

The owner James, agreed to pay me $75 an hour to install one of his over priced barn doors…read more He said it would only take three or four hours, it took 11 hours and though I recommended adding a header because there were no studs he hung a heavy barn door, bolted four times into drywall, and only three times into header studs. He then only paid me for three hours of work. I was outraged by this and he said the agreement was for three hours and I said well it wasn't three hours it was 11 hours. This piece of garbage doesn't pay what he owes. He agreed on text message later that he owed me an additional $520 but tells me that I have to take him to court because I hurt his feelings. I have it on record that he acknowledges that he owes me the full amount and this jerk has the audacity to tell me he's going to wait to pay me for it to process through court. Do not do business with this man. He doesn't install the work the correct way and he cuts corners. And then he wanted to demand my insurance and say that I am 100% responsible for the door install when I told him the correct way to do it, and all he did was dictate how he wanted it done and get in the way and slow down the door install process , he doesn't know how to use a tape measure and he measured it incorrectly so many times I had to redo everything he was trying to do. It would've taken half the time had I done this by myself, including opening up the drywall and adding additional studs for the barn door to mount to. This guy does terrible work and then he is a hostile liar. Manipulator. Trying to pay me $50 an hour instead of 75, and then coming up with nonsense babble about wanting to meet me in person just to waste my time and try to pay me less than what he owes.
