I have used this business a couple times and they are very good at what they do. One of the times the guy told me the measurements before he took them. That was someone who actually knows their job. I'm getting married on October 8th and my dad decided to rent a suit last minute. So we walked into this place about 15 mins till closing and an employee was already helping some customers and she politely acknowledged us and told us that she would be right with us. Someone else came out to assist us and was super helpful with getting my dad his suit preference and measurements. The whole process took about 30 mins and was so easy. They told us to pick up the suit on October 6th which still gave us 2 days to make sure the suit will fit my dad properly or to still be able to pick it up on time. The person who helped us was Silvia and she was so sweet. My parents are Spanish speakers and she was talking to them in Spanish as well so it made the whole experience so much better. read more

We came here after having a horrible experience with 3 Mens Suite in Montebello. Just a week ago 3 mens suite informed our GROOMSMEN that they no longer have our suites available for our wedding on April 11. They never were going to let my fiance know. So we made a move and called Friar tux. Darlene answered and ever since she has been helping us with every detail and organization. I asked so many questions and I was so overwhelmed as the party is coming up. I set up an appointment and he was professional, courteous, friendly and fast! My hubby was part of the groomsmen for his cousin's wedding this past weekend. The suit was decent. The bowtie and the shoes were worn out. I understand that its a rental and that the suits, bowtie's, and shoes have been used multiple times but for the rental price of 160.95 everything should look presentable. Two of the guys opted to go to downtown Los Angeles and actually found the same exact suit for 140$ and it was for them to keep. You must return the suit the following day to any of their shops. If you do not return you will be charged a 20$ late fee. If there is any damages you will be charged too. My hubby was not satisfied with the shoes or bowtie but the girl who was there was able to help him out and ordered another bowtie for him. The only problem is that he had to pick up the following day. She was also able to reimburse 20$ of the overall price for the shoes since he did not need the shoes. read more

This location may be small, but it gets the job done. I came in at a time when I expected it to be quite busy, (prom season) but I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and speedy service. I have now used this location twice for my suit/tux needs and they still haven't let me down. I'd be happy to return here several times over, maybe even for my own wedding, when ever that day comes. read more

Fiancé had a 3pm appt today (November 22nd 2015) and he had a horrible experience! First off, they where clueless about the appointment even though he made it in advance. Very rude and careless staff. Girl that helped him seemed bothered and annoyed whenever fiancé requested anything. She didn't offer for him to try on anything he had to ask. No help whatsoever. I'm glad he left the shop and took his business elsewhere where they actually made sure to care about his needs and are not wasting people's times . My experience was great employees were very helpful and. I had never attended a wedding and didn't really know what I was looking for in terms of a Tuxedo for me (groom) and my groomsmen.
