I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I don't like hardwood floors because it's easily damaged/scratched and needs a lot of maintenance. I was looking at just simple vinyl floor when he recommends luxury vinyl plank. It's scratch resistant and water proof. Sold! He showed me different colors and styles and I picked one that was grayish brown in color. Had him do my entire house. It wasn't cheap, but the end it looks amazing! I love my new floors. They originally gave me an estimate of 10 days to perform the labor, they did it in 7. Awesome! We made a call and they sent someone out to measure our floors. He was very courteous and thorough and made a map of the dimensions. He was able to do it in a way that gave us many options because we could have opted for different flooring for the halls than for the bedrooms, for example. Once he did the mapping, he told us to check out their showroom so we could choose our flooring. We went out to the showroom located in Clintonville area. When we arrived, we met a friendly lady in the showroom who explained all of our options to us. She pulled our file so that when we selected our floor, she was able to give us an estimate. She was very frank with us and I really appreciated it. She was very honest about ways that we could save money and did not push us into more expensive options. She worked with us to get us the best flooring at the best price. We made our selection and they called us about a week later to set up installation. Two gentlemen then came to our place and worked hard at putting in our new carpet. They were very efficient and moved our furniture for us for a small fee so that we didn't have to worry about it. Carpet was expected to be received in a week and was told it wasn't in the system so he'd call the warehouse and would get back to me the next day, I had to call them. It took from July 9 to July 30 for stair carpeting. The only thing good was the installation.
