By 2 they finally text and asked if it would be okay to change the time between 3-4. I let them know this was okay as long as they would for sure be there as my grandparents are elderly and fragile. Right before 4 they text and stated they would be unable to make it out. So not only did they cancel once but twice within one day! I understand things happen but believe it was truly unprofessional to cancel twice in 1 day.
