Number one; i have never once gotten a smoothie without there being an issue, they either dont have the ingredients or you get a chunk of fruit stuck in your straw every suck... Or both. The 'manager' has given me some of the worst attitude i have ever dealt with, especially for being a repeat customer. They snear at you when you ask for it double blended, as if pressing the button another time is the most irritating thing you can ask for. I have gotten not one, not two, but plenty of hairs in my smoothies because these 'ladies' dont appreciate their customers enough to wear a hairnet or tie their hair back properly. I work in customer service and i do everything to make my customers happy. The owner of this franchise needs to appreciate the service we give them and give us a little more respect. Everything is made on the spot and with great care. Service is friendly, attentive. We had two Poke Bowls: You can fully customize your bowl, choose the base, protein, toppings, sauces and crunches. We had a vegan and an Atlantic Salmon bowls. They both tasted so good. The combinations of everything just went together perfectly. The right sized pieces of salmon and toppings along with the right balance of rice or salad (or both). Their sauces are so flavorful. I really enjoyed it. We also had an Açaí bowl - fresh, delicious and strawberries in it tasted like summer! Hearth strikes a perfect balance of using high quality, healthy ingredients, while still being affordable. I hope that more restaurants like Hearth open up all over the world. I had the miso soup, it was vegan, soy free, and dairy free, and even though I have no allergies, sensitivities, or ethics based restrictions, I thought it was a tasty bowl of soup, and would happily stop by again for another one, or to try something else.
