Lots of toys and accessories to choose from as well…read more But every time I go in to get food for my dog the girl sits and watches me lift every bag of food until I reach the food I need. In 2 years she has never offered to help. I keep starting this review and then stop... however... Today was a horrible visit as my back is not in great shape and I threw it out even worse over the weekend. I hinted I could use help with the 60 lb bag of food, yet as soon as she rang me up she turned around and returned to her little seat behind the counter, resuming her position and watching me struggle to drag the bag to my car. I personally try to use local businesses, especially now a days, however I'm going to resume my dog food orders from Amazon since they will deliver to my door and often times the driver will even brings it in for me If I'm at home - THAT's customer service. I hope this person today isn't the owner as she may want to consider what's going on in the world and think about what she could do to be a little more friendly and drive business to the store. I won't be purchasing my food or treats there any longer, however. 2 stars for supplies available.

The staff is…read morealways really friendly and helpful, and they offer a large variety of food, treats, supplements, toys, collars/leashes, etc. On one occasion I was looking for a life jacket for my reactive dog - the staff offered that I could take one of the jackets out to my car to try it on my dog prior to purchasing it. This same dog has terminal cancer - the staff has helped me on many occasions to find various items for him: calming supplements, low-fat rawhide options, etc. Whenever I bring my non-reactive dog in the store, she always gets lots of treats (with permission) and attention from the staff. She's a big fan of this store, too. It's clear that they truly care about their human and pet customers! Thank you, Paws 'n Claws for always taking such great care of us!

Another thing I love about Fresh Tracks is they don't try to sell you bull crap or take advantage of you. The quality of food choices is awesome, if you think the prices are high you are nuts. I've done price comparisons and they beat or are the same as online options. I am so great full we have a store like this in the Valley and will continue to shop at Fresh Tracks for our pups needs.

The owner said she only selects toys that she tries out on her own animals, and I believe that, as the cat loves the feather toy so much that I plan to stop in and buy another one before I leave Snowmass.
