I called and made a reservation for my small dog here over a week ago. I got all the information…read moreFrom the associate I spoke to over the phone including pricing, we discussed that he would only be there for a half day arriving around noon, and I was given pricing for that, I left my name and the dogs information and was told I was all set. We drove from Colorado Springs for 4 hours to the pet resort, with just enough time to make it for our whitewater rafting appointment. When I got there, I was told that I had no reservation, that they were completely full and that because I didn't send his vaccine records, which I was never told to do, that he could not stay there. I told them I was going to lose hundreds of dollars on my rafting reservation, they did not care at all. They barely gave me other places I could call, and of course the ones that they gave me were full since it was now day of. This facility had no remorse, didn't care that they put me in a bind and were making me lose hundreds of dollars not to mention and an experience I was really looking forward to. I was told that they had recent staffing changes and that was likely the cause of the error, yet they still did nothing to accommodate me! Don't make reservations here if you want your dog to actually go to doggie daycare! Thanks for making me lose a lot of money, I will be spreading the word in multiple locations!

In the past we've had house/dog sitters when we left town. Then we got ring camera and realized…read morethat some of our house sitters didn't interact with our dog. One house sitter never stayed at our house and only came over for 5 minutes daily to feed our dog. We have a doggy door so our dog always had access to the outdoors. On one occasion, I arranged a friend to pick him up to stay at her home for a week but she picked him up one day late so our dog went without food for a day. Our dog was very lonely when we're gone so we arranged for his first overnight stay at Dog Holliday's when we left town in September. He was distressed when we left him but was very happy while he was there. Josh kindly texted us photos and reports while we were gone. We now take our dog to Dog Holliday's about once a week for a play date. He loves it so much, he drags me in and is all smiles unlike when I take him to the vet. I can also see a positive difference in his interactions with other dogs when he meets them for the first time on trails (less pestering). I definitely plan to take him to Dog Holliday's for short overnight stays. For the lengthy times that we're gone and require a house sitter, I plan to ask the sitter to bring our dog to Dog Holliday's during the day to ensure he has lots of fun time while we are away.

I came here looking for emergency care for my four-year-old dog, Tynkerbell who had some rough GI…read moresymptoms. She is generally an extremely anxious dog. Our nurse was Courtney and she was AMAZING!! Tynkerbell licked her and let her pet her, which she never does. Courtney's kind demeanor and very obvious compassion allowed my anxious, traumatized dog to trust her which means so much to me. Courtney also explained the whole process to me; she understood our situation and took the time and patience with Tynkerbell that she needs. Her friendliness and calmness made me feel assured that my dog was in great hands under their care- which is not something I feel often!! We were treated by Dr. Brandon Reynolds who was also very friendly and informative! He explained everything in great detail, and I felt confident that he would be able to find the right course of treatment for Tynkerbell. I would highly recommend him. Overall, I would recommend this clinic to anybody looking for quality emergency care. The staff was beyond helpful, caring and just wonderful. The clinic was very clean and tidy. There was no wait time, we were put in a room immediately! They made my dog feel comfortable, which is something she rarely feels around strangers and new places. Huge shout-out to Courtney! :) A big thank you also to Dr. Reynolds and the rest of the support staff for being mindful of my dog's special needs and putting me at ease!

When I returned with…read moreLupo at around noon on march 27th I immediately asked for him to be put on oxygen (he was satting at 91% at that time) I was told they didn't want to put him on oxygen because it would "make him dependent". SIX HOURS LATER he was finally put on oxygen. Stop your lying and own up to your "treatment" before the rage I'm feeling turns into enough energy to file a lawsuit. If anyone wants more information, pictures, videos of this whole experience please feel free to reach out to me.
