They sell vitamins, supplements, pre-workout, bars, powders, gels, liquids, protein, beauty products, etc. It's like a health food store with some of the more processed options. I have purchased some of the best protein here, based on the recommendation of an employee here. One of the biggest complaints I have here is based on price. Most of the prices here are higher than Amazon, or even some of the other grocery stores in the area if you know what you're looking for. The thing is, this place is a great place for recommendations and suggestions based on your particular needs.

First off, l met one of the owners as I was walking in. She was decorating the area in front with American flags for Memorial Day weekend. So I'm already impressed. We chatted a moment and she directed me inside where I met Mike. I explained I was looking for help with wrist pain (overuse because I play pickleball daily) and general stiffness. I'm very active. Mike took great care in explaining the various products, in particular a cream to apply. Then he went on to show me the various oils that you can take by mouth to help with the general stiffness and sore muscles we all get. I'm pretty skeptical but his thorough explanation helped me understand all the options. I tried a sample of the cream on my wrist and it was amazing! No pain for several hours. I ended up buying a jar of the cream and bottle of the oil. I'm very happy with the results. I was invited to meet some colleagues here at the Starbucks cafe and once I did I was blown away by how big and nice this store is on the inside! There is so much selection and the store itself seems easy to navigate. There is a nice Murrays Cheese shop too! The floral section was large and fully stocked for Mothers Day.
