They have a good menu, lots of different options. If you've never tried an energized tea you are really are missing out. They have healthy caffeine, taste AMAZING, and are not really actually teas. They don't taste like an herbal tea, it's more a fruity drink. I got the blue razz peach, and though I don't think it tasted how it was named, it was super refreshing and the perfect pick-me-up after spending a few hours in the draining sun. The shakes are awesome. I got the mocha latte one and it's the best shake I've had from a nutrition place in a while. It was blended perfectly and just super chocolately and delicious. The owners were super friendly too. I had a great conversation with them. I will say, no nutrition place is cheap but it seemed like it was even a little spendier than other places I've been. You can't go backwards cause there's people in front of you so they didn't put a sign out that they were out of carbonation meaning that there is no pop or soda so there was like 15 cars in front of us who all left with us but we had to wait another 15- 20 minutes for them to go. So then when we finally got out of there first fall was a good feeling because we're locked in position and who knows what can happen today. Look at the In-N-Out Burger when they were in a l bit further go through the light once it's a lot locked, locked position and that wasn't good. Suggestions fire the Manager making very poor decisions. When you're buying an eight dollar drink, you should put a sign out front saying that you don't have any pop so you don't get all these people in line where you're in a lock position and anything can happen to you i.e. In-N-Out Burger in Utah. This staff needs to be trained better. You need better Customer Service. You need to know when you need to go to the grocery store to purchase pop I was so excited to go to swag and I was totally disappointed. When we asked the teachers what they would enjoy for a special snack during recess coverage, every single one said 3 Natives. Patrick, the owner, was wonderful to work with and made the entire process so easy. His team carefully prepared 7 beautiful acai bowls and 3 smoothies exactly to the teachers' requests, and everything was ready right on time when I arrived for pickup. They even added ice to my cooler to help keep everything fresh and cold for delivery, which was such a thoughtful touch. The acai bowls looked like edible art -- absolutely gorgeous and packed with fresh ingredients. While I was there, I grabbed myself a Pump smoothie, and it was delicious -- the perfect complement to my morning workout. I was especially impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff was. My smoothie was finished before I had even completed checking out for the teachers' order! The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and has amazing AC, which is such a gift in the Florida heat. As we were still eating the shave ice, he was asking me when are we coming back because it's so good! As a Kanaka Maoli I always question every company that says they represent anything of Hawaii if they're not from there or of Kanaka bloodline. But this couple not only made their shave ice taste like my favorite childhood memories, they embody the true Aloha spirit. Aloha means love and the love they showed for my family brought tears to my eyes. Here's how my visit went: (Let me just start by saying I had forgotten my wallet that morning before driving up to Bradenton and took a card from my husband wallet when I dropped him off to use that day.) We walked in, greeted by the super friendly husband and wife owners. We tell them we're from Hawaii and have a family member that owns her own shave ice business back in Hawaii, so there's high expectations, . We talk story as we order our food, my card gets declined. They run it again, and again declined. I take my son to my car to see if I can by some miracle find another card or some cash, which I didn't. I find no cash, no other cards and realize the card I had was 3 months past expired! I started crying out of embarrassment of the situation and how it might appear to the lovely owners and my son of course was crying because I had no money to pay for his shave ice. The husband came out and told me not to worry about it and handed me my shave ice, saying they just didn't want to see my son cry. My husband sends me a picture of his card to see if they can process payment that way. I walk inside to ask and was told no they were unable to process the payment that way but they'll make my son's rainbow order anyways because again they don't want to see him cry! The wife tells me her own personal story and tried to comfort me, the stranger who walked in with no money. I thank them profusely and tell them I'll be back to pay! The wife looks me straight in my eye, smiles and tells me to take care and have a wonderful day! This right here is the personification of the Aloha Spirit! You don't have to trust someone to show them love especially when you believe they'll never do anything to make it right with you. They didn't know me, they didn't trust me, for all they knew I just came in there to screw them over, but they saw a mom and her son and took care of us from the bottom of their brilliant hearts! It took me an hour round trip but I came back and paid and they honestly at first didn't believe I had come back. The husband even tried not to let me tip them for their amazing service! Thank God for this couple who chose to show us patience and grace and comfort when I needed it for my weary child! Wonderful time here! I'll be back for the hospitality and my favorite shave ice! Also the place is very beautiful inside, like a little tropical party! Thank you to the owners for being such wonderful people! We really appreciate you both! Side note: Don't let the rain or cold weather stop you from stopping by. We waited over 10 minutes for the rain to let up so we could go inside! I'm so happy we waited it out!
