The location is tucked away but I love that it is by a big pond. The staff was friendly and the decor was pleasant to the eyes. The Creme Brule was good but the Chocolate and Strawberry Crepe was overly rich. It tasted great but the chocolate was an overload. I still love it but wouldn't order that crepe again. read more

The crepe was really good, it's in the pricey side for a crepe . Unfortunately, the tiramisu was a letdown it tasted like it had been sitting for a few days and wasn't fresh. The inside of the place is small but nicely decorated, and I liked that there are outdoor tables where you can sit with your dog. Service was just okay. They forgot to bring our tiramisu at first, even after we had already received our milkshake. When we asked, we were told that different staff handle different items, but it would have been much better if everything came out at the same time instead of separately. Unfortunately, the beautiful fruits deserts they have was a miss for me. The desserts looked okay, some were cracked and sold at a discounted price and some were beautiful, but the taste and texture didn't match the presentation. I took one bite and couldn't finish it. The mousse in the middle had an uneven texture, and the cold, partially frozen fruit made it even more unpleasant. The pastry itself also tasted old rather than fresh. I really wanted to love it because everything looked so good, but unfortunately, it just wasn't enjoyable. read more

A new spot for us. They have not been open too long. Following them on iG, I just had to go. They have so much sweetness here. They have gelato and ice cream, waffles and mini ones, sweet crepes, cakes, cheesecakes, baklava, viral fruit shaped mousse cakes, milkshakes and coffees. They only had one type of tea here. They were very nice and helpful here. They took your ordered and then gave you a number and delivered it to your table. They have inside a good about of tables and outside which is nice with lights for the night and beautiful flowers. Ordered the strawberry shortcake crepe. Not only was it to die for. It was also so pretty. They did such a great job. We prob won't want a crepe anywhere else. We will be back to this newer dessert wonder in Sarasota! read more

What a wonderful little hidden gem we found in Sarasota today! This dessert/coffee/ice cream shop is the cutest! They have a wonderful setting and great patio seating outdoors as well. Their dessert display cases are filled with some of the most scrumptious looking sweets. My family had crepes and waffles and they were such a pretty presentation and tasted amazing also. We were in search of Dubai strawberries while in Tampa (we are staying in Sarasota), but the place we go to was closed for a private event. We found Crepetopia and were not disappointed. Not only did they have a version of the strawberries, one of my children got Dubai crepes and another an Oreo waffle. We all left full and satisfied! read more

I have visited Crepetopia 4 times since they have opened. I love how friendly this family is, and love their desserts even more. I had an ice cream the first time and it was super creamy. The 3 other times I enjoyed the strawberry and Belgium chocolate cup more than I want to admit. The chocolate is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend. My partner and I were doing a day trip to the new MOTE Aquarium and after dinner we stumbled upon this cute place. The employees were very friendly and had great recommendations. Desserts were delicious and we even ordered a few to take back home. We came at a really good time in-between their rush and got to enjoy the whole outdoor and indoor to ourselves. So I went in all excited to try the viral desserts. The ones that look like strawberry or banana or raspberry unfortunately, they were not as good as I would've expected them to be. I got one raspberry and one banana and I tried the raspberry one and it honestly had no raspberry taste whatsoever. It was just sweet and had no distinction of any raspberry flavor. Very disappointing. I also took one bite of the banana and again I tasted no banana whatsoever. I may return in the future to try their crêpes, but I will definitely not get the viral fruit desserts because they were not good at all. It was my first time there my mom had been there previously and we had a party of 5! They were super nice and welcoming and eveything was super yummy! We ordered the Smores Iced Latte (yummy coffee was amazing wish it was a little more s'mores flavor but overall great for an iced coffee!) 2 strawberry & banana crepe so yummy big enough to share with two people or little ones chocolate was the best part we asked for a lighter version of it so it wasn't to heavy on the chocolate and they were super accommodating! 1 strawberry milk shake 1 coffee milkshake 1 pistachio milkshake all AMAZING! Their milkshakes are definitely a staple! Last was the strawberry chocolate pana cake bites super light and yummy for a sweet treat also shareable with one other person. It was ok...super cute place. Ice cream was mid and I had the Dubai crepe and I asked for strawberry's and tap water. Well...never got the strawberries until after I asked and no water. I feel like nobody listens anymore. The crepe was 18 bucks and I'm fine with that but it needed more chocolate.
