It had been several years since the play set equipment had been cleaned and stained, so it was in much need of a touch up. My driveway and sidewalk needed attention too. From start to finish, Second Alarm Pressure Washing was a pleasure to work with. Nick was super friendly, responsive, and professional. Nick arrived on time and got to work right away. I was amazed at how he transformed the play set and driveway. Didn't get a picture of the driveway, but did of the play set. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. He didn't miss a spot! It's clear that Nick takes pride in his work. The pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. No hidden fees or surprises. He gave me a clear quote upfront and delivered the quote when he came out to see the work that needed to be done. No waiting a day or two or chasing someone to get my quote. All in all, if you want your play set, house, driveway, sidewalk or patio to shine like new, Second Alarm Pressure Washing is the way to go! I'm always happy to support small businesses and those owned by first responders. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

The jobs were messy but they cleaned up and you couldn't tell they were even here by just looking around. However, my furnace And hot water tank are working great! Another thing to mention is that every single time I've called, sorry to say it was several times throughout this decision making and installation process, Paul called me back within just a few minutes! That's is reassuring. A month later I had a simple question and it's still that way....he called back right away.
