In early May (2023) we had the privilege of meeting Johnny Ashburn and Brian Grantlin from Republic Roofing, and they gave us a courtesy assessment and free quote regarding the condition of our roof, following a recent hailstorm. Both Johnny and Brian were very professional, took photos, and created an inspection report right on the spot, which we thought was incredible and so well organized. We then contacted our insurance company and submitted photos and documentation. Thanks to Johnny and Brian's efficiency, our insurance adjuster was able to schedule an appt. quickly to inspect and assess the damage to our roof. Johnny (Republic Roofing) also went the extra mile and was on site when our insurance adjuster arrived at our home and joined him on the roof, and this was a heavy rainy day. Shortly after the approval from our insurance company for a new roof, both Brian and Johnny took time to meet with our family to explain in detail what materials would be used for the new roof and answer all our questions. This spoke volumes to our hearts, regarding the integrity, commitment, and care we would receive, partnering with Republic Roofing. We also want to thank Grace from the Republic corporate office, who did an incredible job getting our roof project scheduled so quickly. The actual day of installation was truly perfection! We had the pleasure of working with Adam Parner (on-site Field Technician / Project Manager) who communicated so well with us on the process and watched over the installation of our new roof. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of the installation team, they worked so efficiently and did an incredible job in one (1) day. Our family highly recommends Republic Roofing and we say, hats off to our "SUPER-HEROES" (Johnny, Brian, Grace, Adam & the entire installation team) who not only wore badges of courtesy and kindness, but also superhero capes of integrity, great customer care and communication, commitment, superb workmanship, and honesty throughout the project! Thank you, Republic Roofing team!

I asked around for recommendations for a tree service and was told that Wolford Tree Service was the best. The last week in February 2023, from the backyard they removed two pine trees/ground the stumps, trimmed/shaped a huge red oak back from the deck and gazebo, and trimmed back a maple tree hanging over the garage and fence. Along the street, they trimmed/cleaned up three maple trees that were extremely messy. In the time since their work, we have had several very significant wind events and I have only had a few twigs to pick up. The recommendation I received from my neighbor was spot on. Wolford Tree Service was very efficient, and their cleanup was very thorough. They will get my return business when needed. I agree that Wolford Tree Service is the best.

This company was recommended by my insurance for a build back after water damage due to a frozen…read morebusted pipe in January. They came out to give an estimate and I thought they were very thorough and I agreed with the estimate. We proceeded with the project. I wasn't impressed with the initial crew that handled the painting, dry wall, and flooring. Touch ups and redos were required. The busted pipe was from a second floor shower above a laundry room that is adjacent to the garage. The area gets cold. The plumber recommended a vent in the ceiling to allow heat from the laundry room to flow into the area. They installed said vent, but then covered it with insulation resulting in no flow. I requested the insulation be cut twice. Apparently, it was never cut. I was supposed to be given a new broom since mine disappeared from the garage. Never received. An old light fixture taken out of the ceiling was requested to be kept. They took it. They kept unplugging a freezer in the garage to plug up their equipment. Another gentleman finished the job by installing the cabinets in the laundry room and and bar area. He did custom shelves and dryer vent cut outs in the bar. His work was great. He fixed some areas that the first crew missed. Less than six months after completion of the project, I'm dealing with water damage from frozen pipes in the same area. I can't help but to wonder if this could've been prevented if the insulation didn't cover the vent. I also wonder if enough insulation was used in the area considering the history. Very frustrating.
