They were very friendly and made sure that all my questions were answered to my full understanding, all through the process. My husband and I decided to make a change in the middle of the process regarding the gate, and they made it a very smooth, easy transition to the change that we wanted. When the fence was finally completed, it was exactly as we had hoped and expected for. I would highly recommend this company. Even though we had a change during the process, which did adjust the estimate cost. It still was lower than a couple other companies that we had dealt with. Again, highly recommend this company and we plan on using them again when we get our pool.

If you're looking for new cabinets or countertops, avoid Walburn Services at all costs…read more After having new cabinets and a new countertop put in, the countertop started separating in one of the rounded corners. We could not get Walburn to repair it until we asked our contractor to intervene for us. A few months later and the other side of the countertop is separating and once more we have not been able to get Walburn to repair it even after our contractor once more intervened on our behalf. It's been over 6 months and now we looking at taking them to court. AVOID WALBURN - I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS AT ALL IF I COULD.

Scott did a phenomenal job. I needed a deck repair and I wanted to entirely fence in my back yard…read more Scott gave me a very fair quote, and here's the thing, his work is EXCELLENT. He reassembled our deck after it was ripped apart in a wind storm, secured our privacy wall, rebuilt our railing, added a gate, built a chain link fence to fully fence the back yard, and added a step on one side of our deck. When you look at our deck, you can tell his work is very high quality. He did not skimp on his process in any way, and the deck is extremely sturdy. We are so grateful that we found him! With elderly parents and kids and dogs in and out of the house, he has made our home a little bit safer and our lives a little better in our back yard space. I am going to recommend him to everyone I know, as it's very difficult to find someone that delivers such a stellar work product at such an affordable price. Thank you, Scott!

Searched…read more"painters" and came up Pro Painter in New Castle, along with several others but thought I would give him a try since he had free estimates. Checked the website (and Yelp) and figured I needed to talk with Jose G. Called number and answered "Hello?" Me: "Uhh, Jose?" "Yeah?" So it went like that for few but I had the right place. Jose is Hispanic but understood everything I asked when I slowed down a bit. He said no problem on an estimate a couple of days later and to text him my address. So he stopped out, we reviewed the work, he quoted a price (one I was very happy with at the time). Told him I would talk over with my wife and get back. Texted couple of days later and we agreed on a price. He wanted to come over on Saturday and start pressure washing then paint Monday. Worked for me! Blasted out all areas on Saturday. ..was there for a couple of hours at most. Then came out on Monday at 8am to paint. Caulked and finished all surfaces, laid down a coat of primer then two coats of Sherwin Williams super paint. Cleaned up and was done by 6pm. One man show with 6 extension ladders. I'm very happy with how it turned out...looks brand new. Clean up was OK. Had some left over caulk laying about but nothing major. Would have taken me 3 solid days anyhow. Licensed, bonded, insured? I have no idea...not an Angie's List guy myself. Price was right, he seemed honest and nice enough, work looked good. Will defintely call Jose for future work.
