The food is great, but the only thing that's better is the friendly conversations with the workers! The people who work there are always very kind. They also smile and seem joyful, which is very refreshing! I enjoyed talking with a blonde guy (maybe named Richard?) while I got my order! He made my bowl AND he made my day! Really great customer experience. read more

Fresh Kitchen doesn't miss (as far as food and flavor is concerned)! I wish I could give it half a star more for a 4.5! Reasons why I can't give it a full 5 star: -they took away the zucchini brownies -last time I picked up food, my bowl was chillin on the pick up area shelf to self bag... my food just felt so... EXPOSED to the covidity of open mouth coughers. The food is delicious, fresh, flavorful and healthy! I am on-and-off keto and I can still eat a variety of food here! Keto Order: 6 bowl Spinach Salad + Cauliflower Avocado Rice Basil Mushrooms + lemon garlic broccoli Herb Grilled Steak* + Roasted Salmon* Coconut Sriracha sauce Citrus Avocado* Kale Pesto Tomatoes* *denotes extra charges and I'm cool with it! These bowls are usually 2-3 meals for me so I'm fine paying extra charges. When I'm not eating keto, I only change the bases to Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes + Sweet Potato Noodles. read more

I haven't been to fresh kitchen in a while but I'm glad my wife wanted to try it again. Loved the current choices, like seriously good. Decent portions for the price I think and I liked it better than some of the similar spots in the area. Good service but they are definitely trying to move you along. Good option all around. read more

I called in the morning to place a catering order for 2 family meals. They were able to have it ready within a couple hours! These meals are going to be so helpful while I'm in the middle of moving. Super great food and service. read more

Giving this place 3 stars only because of the issue of consistency. I really enjoy my meals here most times but when they're bad, they're BAD. Recently I decided to get salmon (which is an up charge I might add) and by the time I got home and decided to eat it, it was COMPLETELY raw on the inside. I gave them a call and they were able to fix my issue. The customer service is why I am willing to try again. The food is good but once again, the consistency of taste and quality is not there. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed! read more

I love Fresh Kitchen...I eat here probably 4-5 times a month. But I feel like the quality and freshness has gone downhill my last few orders? And today was probably the worst so far. I decided to try the blackened chicken and didn't realize that meant 'burnt to a crisp' and so seasoned that I cringed. Also the coconut sriracha sauce was oily and lumpy....gross. So disappointed but I just don't know if I'll be frequenting this location as much as I have in the past.. I couldn't finish this meal :( read more

I honestly had never been to fresh kitchen and had no idea what it was. I happened to be in the area and was super hungry. Decided to give it a try and absolutely loved it! It reminded me of a healthier version of a chipotle bowl. I really enjoyed the variety they offered. All the toppings were pretty cool! It was a little busy but the line went down quickly. The staff were very nice! And the inside was also cute. I did think the prices were pretty expensive considering I only got the bowl and bottle of water I spent $17.68. However the money was well spent :) read more

Fresh Kitchen - Bowl Kale, bbq chicken & sweet potatoes. Toppings guac & cheese - New American Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Very upbeat when you enter. Smells yummy and they keep it clean and bright. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I ordered a 4 which I was able to choose from many options. I ordered the cauliflower potatoes, which were mashed; the kale slaw. Looked really fresh; the baked salmon (extra charge) and almond baked chicken; roasted broccoli and sautéed green beans. The potato mash was creamy with some chunks of potatoes, pthe way I like it. The green beans and broccoli were flavorful and cooked well. Cooked but with a little crunch left. It is the best that way. The almond chicken was really crunchy and tasted like the fried version.... Kinda. . The salmon was a nice size, and had a great taste. My only negative feedback is the chicken was a little dry as it was a little over cooked and the salmon had the dark part attached which was off putting to me. Great healthy meal that made me feel like I was splurging. There is another company that has the same concept but they have nothing on FK. read more

This is such a good place! When I 1st tried it I didn't think I would like it and had no expectations for it whatsoever, but boy was I surprised. It was absolutely delicious! The options are healthy, hearty, and extremely flavorful. They offer multiple options for how many portions of items you want including the protein. I got both steak and chicken for my protein which were seasoned and cooked perfectly. I will say that it is a little pricey but healthier food is always more. If you haven't tried it yet, you should! read more

Can I move to Florida just to have this in arms reach?? When I say this is a 10/10, it's a 10/10!! Tried the almond chicken, Cesar salad, cauliflower potatoes, and mushrooms, with cheese on top. Basically licked the bowl. So healthy, fresh, and flavorful!! Boyfriend had the grilled chicken, power rice, spicy rice, and broccoli and also raved about it. Cannot say enough amazing things about this place, and already dreaming of when I can come back. read more

I was excited to try Fresh Kitchen again after trying it out when it first opened. This time, dining as a vegan, it was easy to see which bases, veggies, and proteins were vegan. Kudos for a clear menu with which items are vegan friendly. Sadly, there were no warm vegan protein options. After deciding on warm brown rice, warm perfect spice rice, and warm chickpeas, my only choice was cold caprese tofu! What a disappointment. I ended up getting it and it just didn't go with what I was building. I could have gotten a 2nd veggie as an option, so there's that. I would feel cheated as the proteins are usually more costly than the veggies. The other disappointing factor from other "bowl" places is that after your bases, veggie, protein, and 1 sauce, there's no way to jazz up your bowl without paying extra. Some of the options looked pretty good (i.e. the cherry tomatoes for $1.50), but didn't want to end up with a 12 or 13 dollar bowl. There wasn't one "free" add-on. Thrown in some sesame seeds or something! It's a good option for a fresh meal. The meat and seafood options looked pretty good. It's an OK place but they need to re-think a few things (vegan proteins and add-ons) before I re-think about re-visiting. read more

Delicious! I stopped in for a healthy lunch one day and was surprised at the flavor of the food. The sweet potatoes, broccoli and other veggies were awesome. The chicken was tasty too. Was able to get in and out within 30 minutes as well. I'll be back again for sure. read more

I've been probably over 30 times. It can be hit or miss sometimes but majority of the times I'm satisfied. Miss the days when it was cheaper! Go to is 6 bowl with double noodles and double coconut rice (substitute for no veggies), the citrus chicken and the blackened chicken, with avocado and balsamic on the side. The salmon is good too but the price to upgrade doesn't equal the size of the salmon so I get it sparingly. read more

The food is great, the place is clean, and the staff is super friendly. overall great experienc!

We were looking for a healthy, light food option and decided to order fresh kitchen. My sister and I chose the four bowl, which included 2 bases, 1 veggie, 1 protein, and 1 sauce. My bowl had cauliflower potato mash (surprisingly my favorite part, the texture was very close to consistency of regular mashed potatoes), kale slaw, sweet potatoes, grilled citrus chicken (was not as flavorful as I expected), and creamy white ginger sauce. The kale pesto tomatoes in my sister's bowl was very refreshing, but it is an add on! I wish the staff was a little nicer--it was often hard to communicate with the masks on and they didn't quite explain the customized bowl to my sister who had never eaten Fresh Kitchen before. Overall, the food was pretty good and the four bowl sustained us for a while that day. read more

Josiah was amazing!! We love Fresh Kitchen!! The food was amazing and clean! Highly recommend!!

Great food and great service! Come here often, it is my favorite spot to come on my lunch break.

I like the food. Service is ok. The portions need improvement. Depending on the staff member serving, you may get crumbs. I understand they have measurements for the portions but at times it is as if they are trying to save food versus serving food. read more

Very friendly front end staff, clean and bright seating area. It was my first time here and I was really not expecting much. I imagined a sort of Mediterranean Asian mash up...and it kind of was. To be honest it blew my expectations away. I had the sweet potato noodles, maple sweet potatoes with the steak. The steak was on point. Like, perfectly cooked and tasty. The noodles were odd. Ok they tasted great but had a slimy texture that I was ok with but if you're a texture person might be an issue. The maple sweet potatoes tasted great but had been sitting a bit. Overall home run, so much so I forgot to take a picture. I'm going back. read more

A great healthy and refreshing option of food. Everything tastes and looks so fresh. Although it is a little pricey for the portions, it is worth it to me. Love that you can basically customize your bowl to whatever you like most. The strawberry lemonade was so good! read more

Yes, it's a great kitchen for people who need this type of healthy, eating summers. Good summers, not depends on your taste, but I cannot say no to this restaurant. I have to say yes I will give it a four-star. Don't know the whole process of how they make their food, but it seems to be fresh and as long as they do that, I think they will have a line of people coming back to the restaurant for a long long time everybody likes fresh cook food. read more

We really enjoy coming to fresh kitchen! We love the options and the prices seem very fair. The portioning is very good, and we almost always have leftovers to bring back with us as well. There is seating both inside and outside, and typically it is pretty easy to find a seat. Parking is fair, it is on a corner so it's high traffic with cars and people walking. read more

Great service fresh food . Everyone was efficient and friendly. The almond chicken is amazing.

Tasty food but environment is not great. Very very rushed atmosphere and not a lot of space for how many people come here during lunch rush. Even if it wasn't my first time here I'd expect better service. If you see a customer is confused on the menu offer to help instead of kind of rushing them to go along. Idk. Stressful ordering here. Just another chipotle. read more
