The steamed frozen-bag veggies I got as a "grilled" vegetables

I just got my order via Grubhub and I'm so disappointed. This is my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the bowl with chicken (very chewy), rice and I substituted the fresh salad with GRILLED veggies. What I got is a bowl, with a chewy chicken, NO rice and steamed vegetables from a bag that I could've make myself at home. DO BETTER!! I guess it's first and last time.

This place used to be so good but it's a ghost town now. Quality of food dropped dramatically & it's now $29.95 for a double chicken kabob plate. That's pretty much robbery. Haven't been here in a while, and it'll be awhile if I even come back at all now. It was a good run, while it lasted. I also found a plastic piece in one of the sauces

I ordered the tenderloin beef kabob plate with basmati rice and salad. The rice was done perfectly and the beef was tender and spiced deliciously! It was delivered so I cannot speak of the staff or ambiance- but the food is great!!

Been coming here consistently with my wife, one of the BEST TASTING AND FRESHEST chicken kabobs and chicken koobideh ever had! Not sure how it has 3.5 stars when this out ranks most 4 to 4.5 star restaurants that serve lesser quality. This is a staple for us and everything from the rice, the salad, the chicken and the bread is AMAZING! Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed, everything is made fresh to order and people are great! Their jalapeno cilantro sauce is great and their diced jalapenos add some spice. Ive been eating at different kabob spots, greek and afghani and truly the best spot in over 10 years trying different spots! 100% recommend and would bring everyone I know here. Nothing compares. Great service and ambience is nice with the airport/strip view!

I've been here before when it was a different owner. The name changed. I was in the area and wanted a quick healthy meal but opted to order a cheese steak sandwich. I ordered and waited a bit. To me it took long but I didn't count the minutes. It was over 20 minutes though. And granted there were about 6 plates that were before me. For some reason, when I got in my car to take a bite of my sandwhich it was smashed. I don't personally like that. The sandwhich was good but I don't think they should smash it the way they did. Horrible!!! Just Horrible!

This place is family owned and the service is excellent. The food, including the bread is all made in-house. It's a very casual place to eat and has the hole-in-the-wall feel. The gyro meat is very tender and juicy and very well seasoned. It's what food used to be before it was commercially produced and processed.

This was not good food. It was dry and flavorless. Unfortunately I paid too much for the two combo meat. And the salad was too acidic.

The chicken had amazing flavor and was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and nicely grilled. It came with a generous serving of rice and an outstanding Greek salad loaded with fresh vegetables, feta, and olives. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. I genuinely loved the entire meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the menu was easy to read and understand. My only complaint was paying $6 for a very small bottle of Acqua Panna water. I know it's a premium brand, but that price for such a small bottle felt excessive. Other than the water situation, I had a great experience and will definitely return. The food alone is worth coming back for!

I've had Greek food that was more flavorful. Greek food tends to be a bit pricier than others so I have a higher standard. I can brag on a few things. The restaurant was very clean and cute. I loved that they had TVs and we could watch the World Cup game that was on. You order your food up front, pay, grab your drink, and then sit down with your number. They bring the food out to your table. I love the CocaCola freestyle machines. Unfortunately this one didn't have any diet or zero options other than Aha sparkling water. That was a bit disappointing. They do have canned Diet Coke along with some interesting Greek drinks in a refrigerator. I ordered the gyro plate and my son got the falafel gyro. We both got the feta fries. These are really delicious. There was so much feta and herbs on the crispy, coated fries. My portion was great on my gyro plate. The salad was pretty but the Greek dressing was very mild and lacking in flavor for me. The same with my gyro meat. It was just okay. When you mix beef and lamb, it creates this delicious flavor and I just didn't get that here. The tzatziki was very bland to me. It was almost just straight yogurt. My son's falafel pita was very good. It was soft in the inside with the slight crisp on the outside. It was a large size pita and filled up my teenage boy. The desserts sounded delicious and the baklava in the case next to the registers were phenomenal looking. We didn't make it that far to get to have dessert. Since my son loved it so much, we will be back. I will try a different plate next time and hopefully be able to get dessert also.

They have many positive reviews, and I respect that other diners may have had different experiences. However, being very familiar with Persian cuisine and the traditional Persian dining experience, I believe customers should understand what they are receiving for the prices being charged. For lunch, I ordered à la carte: one skewer of ground beef koobideh and one skewer of ground chicken. My wife ordered the lamb shish kebab, which was approximately $34 and consisted of only about four relatively small pieces of lamb. The first thing that surprised us was the portion size. The kebabs were remarkably small compared with what we are accustomed to at established Persian restaurants such as Raffi's Place in Glendale, which has been serving the community for decades and is well known for both quality and generous portions. My larger concern is the overall value proposition. Too many things seemed to carry an additional charge. Bread is extra. Onions and vegetables are extra. Everything begins to feel à la carte, and by the time our relatively modest lunch for two was finished, we had spent approximately $70. There is nothing wrong with charging premium prices when the quality, portions, ingredients, and overall experience support those prices. We regularly dine at excellent Las Vegas restaurants, including Esther's Kitchen, where similar pricing provides substantially more food using excellent-quality ingredients. So this isn't about expecting inexpensive food or enormous portions. It's about receiving reasonable value for what you're paying. We also recently visited Raffi's Place in California and paid comparable prices while receiving dramatically larger portions and, in our opinion, a better overall product. That's why I don't believe this can simply be attributed to inflation or today's food costs. Persian hospitality has traditionally been associated with generosity. That doesn't mean restaurants should give food away or serve unnecessarily enormous portions, but guests shouldn't leave feeling that every small addition carries another charge or that the amount of food served doesn't correspond with the menu price. Another thing that caught my attention was how quiet the restaurant was during our Saturday afternoon visit. There was essentially only one other occupied table. In a city like Las Vegas, where successful restaurants can be extraordinarily busy, I believe that should encourage ownership to take a serious look at pricing, portion sizes, and the overall customer experience. My recommendation to ownership is straightforward: reconsider the portion sizes and the heavy à-la-carte approach. Focus less on incremental charges and more on providing a complete Persian dining experience that makes customers feel they received good value and want to return. I am giving Hafez three stars because I don't believe in tearing down a business, and there is certainly potential here. But based on our personal experience, the value simply wasn't there. I sincerely hope ownership takes this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. A few meaningful adjustments to portions, pricing, and the overall concept could make a significant difference.

I may be a little biased in putting Greek cuisine among my favorite cuisines since I'm Greek myself, but truly, I have always had the best experiences at Milos. Between the undeniable hospitality, generous portions, beautifully prepared seafood, and warm atmosphere, dining here always makes me feel like I've been transported straight back to Greece. We're consistently treated so well, and it has become an absolute must-visit whenever I'm in Vegas. For this visit, we decided to treat ourselves to one of the fresh fish selections from the market. While it is definitely a pricier entrée, the fish was perfectly grilled, incredibly fresh, and generous portion for 3 guests. We also ordered quite a few small plates, starting with the Milos Special, which is hands-down my favorite dish on the menu. It's essentially a towering stack of perfectly crisp zucchini chips paired with chewy fried cheese cubes and decadent tzatziki. It's indulgent, delicious, and something I can never visit Milos without ordering. Of course, we had to get the Greek salad, it's a classic! The tomatoes were some of the sweetest, plumpest tomatoes, and the authentic Greek feta is always such a joy to enjoy. We also tried the trio of spreads, which was a lighter and refreshing way to start the meal. The cocktails were another highlight: refreshing, tart, and strong in the best way. My father also insists on getting the octopus every time we visit. In fact, he will only eat octopus from Milos, and he's the OG Greek in my family, so you KNOW it must be good. The octopus was perfectly prepared and definitely lived up to his standards. We also tried a fried soft-shell crab special, which was absolutely delectable. It was a fun addition to the meal. And naturally, we couldn't leave without dessert. We finished with the baklava cheesecake, which was the perfect ending. It had all those delicious baklava-inspired flavors without being overly sweet or heavy. I can never stop recommending Milos. It has consistently been a place for beautiful dining experiences, incredible Greek cuisine, generous portions, and, perhaps most importantly, wonderful memories with my family. Every visit feels a little bit like going back to Greece, and I'll always make it a point to return whenever I'm in Vegas!

Servers were well informed and helpful. Biggest issue with the rating is the quantity of food for the price. We had five people who each had one drink, and shared Milo's, the salt fish, octopus and one side. Total was almost $700. And we were not full.

This is a small location with very limited parking. There are only two spots directly in front, and the rest of the parking requires you to scan and pay, with only 15 minutes complimentary. Personally, I don't want to pay for parking when I'm stopping in for what is essentially a quick takeout-style meal. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy and there wasn't a table available. Luckily, one of the two spots in front opened up, so I had to go outside and move my car, which was honestly a bit of a hassle. They do have tables inside and, surprisingly for such a small location, they also have high chairs for little ones, which I really appreciated. The prices are pretty reasonable, too. They had a special today for a spicy chicken plate, which I ordered, and it was really tasty! I do wish it came with a side instead of a salad, but it wasn't a huge deal. My husband got the gyro and absolutely loved it. The fries were good, although they were pretty basic frozen fries and nothing spectacular. Overall, the food was good, prices were reasonable, and the staff/restaurant itself was nice. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a big negative for me. Having to pay to park or constantly worry about moving your car for a quick meal would probably keep me from coming back, even though we enjoyed the food.
