Very nice staff, lovely cozy place, a variety of food on the menu with multiples hookah flavors, clean place, very well organized, and welcoming. It's my favorite place. The owners are very friendly and I will be back. Thank you guys. read more

I've seen a lot of negative reviews of this place and that hasn't been my experience, everytime I've come in the service has been very friendly and courteous and the hookah has been very quality read more

I visited this place twice and I have found out how disgusting and thieving they are towards the employees and customers. First off if you use a credit card they will put a "gratuity charge" of $5 on your card regardless of how much it was. That is BS in itself. BUT the kicker is that they DONT give that money to the server but instead to the owner. That is stealing at the highest level. They also have menus that say "$13.99" but they charge $20 per hookah and $50 (yes FIFTY!) for fresh fruit hookah. This place is ridiculous for stealing from the servers while the owners just sit on a couch doing NOTHING but talking to their friends. Trash all around. read more

It was a little hot and stuffy in there but I like the set up. Good musical playlist, beautiful lighting nice comfy chairs and couches too. Phenomenal hookah I had a strawberry margarita hookah. Their tea is also really delicious. Nice and friendly staff they're so attentive always asking if me and my friends needed anything. Also they ask you to pay first before you order which is understandable because some people do like to come to hookah bars order and leave without paying or saying they don't have money. Definitely way better than Nara considering the owner of that place was racist and called the cops claiming I was going to leave without paying when I clearly said I was waiting on my money to deposit...don't go to Nara come here you won't regret it very nice and pleasant hookah bar! They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Although I do wish I sat outdoors since I felt a bit hot inside. Still I had a great time! read more

Fresh Hookah Cafe - Strawberry margarita hookah - Hookah Bars Near Me - Denver, Colorado

My girl and I just visited Fresh Hookah Cafe. We had orange-mint hookah, mint tea, samosas, hummus, and kibbeth. The hookah was fresh, indeed, and the coconut coals were a nice surprise. The food and tea were delicious, and the service was great. Our server was very pleasant, and you could tell that he aimed to please. We had read some negative reviews about this café, but found them to be unsubstantiated when we went there ourselves. Give this place a try! read more

I went there with some friends, I don't smoke Hookah myself so my review is not related to Hookah Pros: Atmosphere is good for spending longer time and people work there are friendly Cons: I ordered some food falafel (I would say 6/10) we also had some Baklava also (5/10 it tasted old) read more

They were closed although they claimed on their windows they were supposed to be open. I visited this place at a later time and its burger was delicious. This time I called them and they said they are open. Once we arrived, they said that due to catering they can't serve us before an hour later. read more

I've been here twice with a dear friend of mine and I adore this place. I haven't smoked hookah in years, since I left Vegas and I've been dying to try it again. My friend said most places don't open till after 4pm and it was around 2pm when I first went here, so we decided to try this place out. We were the only one's in the place and it was nice and relaxing just to chit chat and catch up. We got the Lemon Mint Hookah and it was fantastically Tasty, some Hot tea and I've also tried what I think was a Lemonade mint? Now that was Delicious!!! We just hang out here Basically B.S'ing for about 2 hrs the last 2 times I've visited. I've yet to try another hookah place to compare, but I'm sure my experience will probably much different seeing as all hookah place getting busy during the evenings and apparently louder, as where I've always gone before 4pm and we've always had the place pretty much to ourselves, not to mention the good dance music variety they play on the screen t.v's. read more

when you tip at this establishment you are tipping the owners!!!! not your server!!!! your server gets 3-4$ an hour!!! plus whatever tips are given to her... they literally mean you as the customer must secretly and slyly tip your server!!!! the money given at time of check is a tip for the owners!!! card or cash they dont care they will take it!! they keep all the tips!!!! cash and card!!!! the owners handle all the money!!!! they take the tips ! i worked for this place one night.. excuse me, i slaved for them.. i was totally disgusted in just everything! the kitchen is gross... there is some weird down stairs things. oh and they will purposely add things to your bill!!! read more

Although it is 2017, discrimination is still highly prevalent in this establishment. I came in with 4 of my young, college-aged female friends and we were treated greatly. We all shared one hookah and even got free waters, compliments of the very flirtatious owner. Once we get our hookah, we notice three black males come in wanting to share a hookah for their table, and they were told they had to buy at least 2 hookahs. Yet 4 of my friends and I were allowed to share one? bs. Hookah tasted old and I don't appreciate the unfair treatment for certain favored individuals. That's not how a good business should be run. Very poor ethics here. For shame, Fresh Mist. :/ read more

This place is the worst hookah place I have gone to in my entire life. They have the worst service but not just that, the manger was rude! He gave us a receipt that does not make any sense. He charged us for a bottle of water for 1.99 and the other one 2.49 even though they were the same. Pay attention before you pay your bill. Cheater! I would recommend going to other places! read more

Fresh Hookah Cafe - Kunafa is 4 $ on the menu but when you have to leave you have to pay 14$ what a joke. Look how the prices for water is different - Hookah Bars Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Bad service, overpriced. I ordered shawarma and fries it took over an hour to get the food. The hookah wasn't bad though. The only good thing about this place is that you can order food, and they will bring it from the restaurant next door, but again the food will be overpriced and you might be gone by the time you get your food. read more

I have been to many hookah places in Denver, this was the ONLY place I regretted walking in too. The food was bad, the hookah was bad and the service was even worse. Check your receipt, THEY MANIPULATE THE PRICES. read more

Okay so, my very first experience with this place was very good. The girl who works there full time is very attentive & sweet. The shawarma chicken wrap that I got was pleasant, but not mind-blowing - it was kind of dry & needed more seasoning, but it seemed worth the price. The tea was exceptional, but the price on the menu said $2.99 for a cup & they charged me $4. I overlooked it because I had such a cool, chill experience. I paid my tip in cash & hoped it went to the girl. This last time was not nearly as cool. I was having an off night & looking for a place to post up without getting drunk. So I got there late-ish (around 11pm) & stayed until almost 2am. I got the chicken wrap & some hummus. I also got a pot of tea instead of a measly cup & a hookah. The girl was cool, but she just disappeared toward the end of the night without letting me know she was leaving... So one of the owners printed my bill - the chicken wrap was $1 more than last time (a week ago) & the pot of tea was $1 more than the menu price - they charged me $8.99 for a pot of black tea. The food & tea were pretty mediocre, this time around. The wrap was so thin, it hardly had any chicken in it. So I just shined on the extra $2 & wrote in a $17% tip instead of 20%. I just checked my online banking & they added an extra $1.75 to my tip amount. I'm pretty furious... It's not about the $1.75, they just proved that they're a dishonest & shady company. Even though my last experience wasn't great, I vowed to give them one more shot, after a while had passed. At this point, I'll never be a customer of their's again. I hope it was worth the 4 extra dollars they skimmed off of me. I hope someone calls them out on it - it's just not worth my time... read more

One of the worst experiences we have ever had going to a restaurant. Terrible service - we waited over an hour for the food. We had no water, no silverware, nothing was offered - no one present to even ask. The server/owner/manager seemed pretty damn upset because he had to make 2 rounds to get us water - (there were 5 of us). The food was dry and had absolutely no flavor - the hummus was just as bad if not worse. it's not always about just the food - the service can make up for it sometimes but this was overall a HORRIBLE experience. read more

this is nice spot, travel a lot and don't see like this places a lot. they have good food, good service, and good hookah. no regrets. if I'll be back i will comeback for sure read more

In the area for work and my first time here. Service was A+. I highly recommend this place for excellent hookah and good food,

Legit venue. Love the vibe. Welcoming and elite service. Awesomely delicious food indeed! Definitely coming back for more again and again. Not to mention the amazing hookah flavors. Blue mist is top notch! read more

Cozy place and good hookah. Very nice service and the owner is an awesome person, she was very welcoming

My son and his friends were regulars of this place, going a few times a week!!! The last time they went the waitress Ruaa made a snide remark when one of the young men requested to order dessert. She said something to the effect of "you don't need dessert, you are fat enough". When confronted with this in front of the owner, she stated that she was merely joking, the owner did nothing to her and just said offhandedly that he was sorry. I have never heard of this type of "customer service" anywhere else. Personally, I would steer clear of this place and their mean spirited staff and owners. read more

My favorite hookah bar. Best place to chill and smoke some hookah and relax. The hookah is perfect every time and if you are hungry you can grab a bite to eat. The customer service is the best in town for a hookah bar. read more

Loved this place, calm chill and great hookah. Also they have a great Middle Eastern food in the restaurant section. And the owners are great even though Ahmad lacks some English but he makes it up in the way he treats his customers. This is my new spot for hookah and Arabic food. read more

This place was my favorite until they got greedy. Last time I went it was $30 for 2 people to share a hookah. With 5 other hookah bars nearby, I think I'll take my chances elsewhere. read more

I think Yelp should consider adding a zero-star rating. This place is not even worth one-star. Absolutely the worst place to go to in Denver. Their service was terrible. We were surprised that the prices on the bill are higher than what is listed on the menu. When we respectfully asked for a clarification, we were asked very rudely to pay the bill without any negotiations. Very unsatisfied !!! read more
