I visited this place twice and I have found out how disgusting and thieving they are towards the employees and customers. First off if you use a credit card they will put a "gratuity charge" of $5 on your card regardless of how much it was. That is BS in itself. BUT the kicker is that they DONT give that money to the server but instead to the owner. That is stealing at the highest level. They also have menus that say "$13.99" but they charge $20 per hookah and $50 (yes FIFTY!) for fresh fruit hookah. This place is ridiculous for stealing from the servers while the owners just sit on a couch doing NOTHING but talking to their friends. Trash all around. read more

It was a little hot and stuffy in there but I like the set up. Good musical playlist, beautiful lighting nice comfy chairs and couches too. Phenomenal hookah I had a strawberry margarita hookah. Their tea is also really delicious. Nice and friendly staff they're so attentive always asking if me and my friends needed anything. Also they ask you to pay first before you order which is understandable because some people do like to come to hookah bars order and leave without paying or saying they don't have money. Definitely way better than Nara considering the owner of that place was racist and called the cops claiming I was going to leave without paying when I clearly said I was waiting on my money to deposit...don't go to Nara come here you won't regret it very nice and pleasant hookah bar! My girl and I just visited Fresh Hookah Cafe. We had orange-mint hookah, mint tea, samosas, hummus, and kibbeth. The hookah was fresh, indeed, and the coconut coals were a nice surprise. The food and tea were delicious, and the service was great. Our server was very pleasant, and you could tell that he aimed to please. We had read some negative reviews about this café, but found them to be unsubstantiated when we went there ourselves. Give this place a try! read more

I've been here twice with a dear friend of mine and I adore this place. I haven't smoked hookah in years, since I left Vegas and I've been dying to try it again. My friend said most places don't open till after 4pm and it was around 2pm when I first went here, so we decided to try this place out. We were the only one's in the place and it was nice and relaxing just to chit chat and catch up. We got the Lemon Mint Hookah and it was fantastically Tasty, some Hot tea and I've also tried what I think was a Lemonade mint? Now that was Delicious!!! We just hang out here Basically B.S'ing for about 2 hrs the last 2 times I've visited. I've yet to try another hookah place to compare, but I'm sure my experience will probably much different seeing as all hookah place getting busy during the evenings and apparently louder, as where I've always gone before 4pm and we've always had the place pretty much to ourselves, not to mention the good dance music variety they play on the screen t.v's. read more

Although it is 2017, discrimination is still highly prevalent in this establishment. I came in with 4 of my young, college-aged female friends and we were treated greatly. We all shared one hookah and even got free waters, compliments of the very flirtatious owner. Once we get our hookah, we notice three black males come in wanting to share a hookah for their table, and they were told they had to buy at least 2 hookahs. Yet 4 of my friends and I were allowed to share one? bs. Hookah tasted old and I don't appreciate the unfair treatment for certain favored individuals. That's not how a good business should be run. Bad service, overpriced. I ordered shawarma and fries it took over an hour to get the food. The hookah wasn't bad though. The only good thing about this place is that you can order food, and they will bring it from the restaurant next door, but again the food will be overpriced and you might be gone by the time you get your food. read more

One of the worst experiences we have ever had going to a restaurant. Terrible service - we waited over an hour for the food. We had no water, no silverware, nothing was offered - no one present to even ask. The server/owner/manager seemed pretty damn upset because he had to make 2 rounds to get us water - (there were 5 of us). Okay so, my very first experience with this place was very good. The girl who works there full time is very attentive & sweet. The shawarma chicken wrap that I got was pleasant, but not mind-blowing - it was kind of dry & needed more seasoning, but it seemed worth the price. The tea was exceptional, but the price on the menu said $2.99 for a cup & they charged me $4. I overlooked it because I had such a cool, chill experience. I paid my tip in cash & hoped it went to the girl. This last time was not nearly as cool. I was having an off night & looking for a place to post up without getting drunk. So I got there late-ish (around 11pm) & stayed until almost 2am. I got the chicken wrap & some hummus. I also got a pot of tea instead of a measly cup & a hookah. The girl was cool, but she just disappeared toward the end of the night without letting me know she was leaving... So one of the owners printed my bill - the chicken wrap was $1 more than last time (a week ago) & the pot of tea was $1 more than the menu price - they charged me $8.99 for a pot of black tea. The food & tea were pretty mediocre, this time around. The wrap was so thin, it hardly had any chicken in it. So I just shined on the extra $2 & wrote in a $17% tip instead of 20%. I just checked my online banking & they added an extra $1.75 to my tip amount. I'm pretty furious... It's not about the $1.75, they just proved that they're a dishonest & shady company. Even though my last experience wasn't great, I vowed to give them one more shot, after a while had passed. At this point, I'll never be a customer of their's again. My son and his friends were regulars of this place, going a few times a week!!! The last time they went the waitress Ruaa made a snide remark when one of the young men requested to order dessert. She said something to the effect of "you don't need dessert, you are fat enough". When confronted with this in front of the owner, she stated that she was merely joking, the owner did nothing to her and just said offhandedly that he was sorry. I have never heard of this type of "customer service" anywhere else. Personally, I would steer clear of this place and their mean spirited staff and owners. read more
