Always great. For best experience, follow the pairings on display. Outstanding Quality

We usually live this place as we come about 1-2x per year but today the sales people who may be new as we hadn't seen them here before- we much into selling rather than making sure we got what we needed. Our rewards entitled us to a small bottle free. I had 2 small bottles on counter already. Salesperson told me to go choose another bottle for my free one. Why can't I get one of my 2 selected for free I asked. She reluctantly said I guess you can do that. Obviously wanted to upsell us. Which is fine but give me my TRUE options. We will not be back here due to this. read more

So I never knew there was so much to olive oil until the family was feeling the charcuterie fantasies. We spent almost an hour here. Get prepared you're going to walk out of here an expert in olive oil! We even got to meet one of the owners. I thought it was super nice of him to really take the time and educate us on his adventures. read more

What a unique and educational experience! Highly recommend if you are interested in healthy living.

Wow. This place is amazing!! Who knew there were SO many different types of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar!!! Two very nice ladies helped us so much yesterday....so much so that we decided to go back again today! The generic store bought olive oil has so many additives and these olive oils are pressed here and the health benefits are so much better for you! read more

One of the best traditional balsamic's I have ever tasted! I could drink it! And I didn't make it to the tasting room this trip but will definitely be going in there to sample more balsamics! (Now that I know it's there!) read more

I purchased the butter flavored olive oil I wanted from last time. The oils start at 12.95 and the vinegars at 11.95. You can sample may before buying your choices. Fresh Harvest has become a tradition for us and we will be back!! read more

Love, love, love!!! The owner at Edelweiss Inn where I stayed gave me a flyer for this place and I'm so glad he did. I eat a (mostly) clean diet so this is right up my alley. I got there just as they were starting a tasting tour and got to join in. It was very informative and interesting. After the tour you can walk around and taste any of the oils or vinegars they have. I bought a sampler, the 18yo balsamic and the butter olive oil. I am in heaven. I rarely use balsamic without reducing it because I find it too vinegary but theirs is so sweet and delicious that I can use it straight out of the bottle. I can't wait to use the samples I bought. read more

I didn't even like balsamic vinegar until we went there and sampled several of their flavors. We ended up spending over $100 before we left because they have so many great options. And we just got back home to Texas yesterday and I've already ordered 2 more gift sets to be shipped. So glad the bartender at Local Flavor recommended this place read more

Our second time at Fresh Harvest. This time we had more time and the shop keeper was so helpful and friendly. We tried a variety of vinegars and infused oils. Wow. Just like trying quality coffee compared to grocery store coffee ... trying these and comparing vinegar and olive oils you buy in the grocery store is not a fair comparison. The balsamic vinegars didn't taste at all like what you buy in the store. Even though there is no sugar added it taste much sweeter and less acidic. Everything was great. We left with several items including a vinegar infused with chocolate. A great place to shop. Highly recommend! read more

Dozens of flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils. Sample as many as you want. Friendly staff had helpful suggestions and combos to taste. Even had truffle and walnut oils, pastas, dispensers, gift bags, etc. extraordinary! read more

Fresh Harvest - Eureka Springs - Amazing selection of balsamics and olive oils, with a chance to sample all of them. Also some pastas etc. - Specialty Food Near Me - Eureka Springs, Arkansas

This is a must visit stop for anyone interested in cooking with oils and vinegars or just to sample a plethora of the same product. It's hard to resist trying all of the flavors and pondering the pairing options that could work with each delectable oil. This was our first visit here, though we are familiar with similar stores in the Kansas City area. The quality, service, and layout are light years beyond what we have been used to for several years. Don't pass up the 18 year traditional balsamic by the front of the house. No funky flavor combo here, just the real deal. Perfect for drizzling on pears or ice cream. Keep up the great work and we look forward to visiting again soon when we are back in Eureka Springs. read more

If anyone says the word "tasting," I'm there. But when I opened the door and found it was olive oil and balsamic vinegar, I really had second thoughts about my desire to taste that. But the staff is so welcoming, inviting and educational. Who knew I could fall in love with balsamic vinegar? The inventory here is huge! I highly recommend you stopping and checking this place out. I know I probably will not be able to live with blood red orange balsamic vinegar in my life anymore. read more

This store has a great selection of premium olive oil and vinegars. We stopped in to just take a look and ended up wanting to buy everything there! The olive oils have a wide variety of infused flavors, as well as quite a few pure and untouched oils. They also have truffle oils, and other rare oils. The vinegars have almost every flavor covered. We ended up with a Manzanillo Olive Oil, Chipotle Infused Olive Oil, Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar, Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar, and a Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. Everything is available to sample, and the staff were very friendly and offered some pairing suggestions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

Troy walked us through a number of tastings and even our kids loved trying it. Then he turned us loose to try even more. If you consider yourself even an amateur chef this is a Must Stop! We will be ordering even more online soon. Thanks Troy! read more

The owner has lots of passion about his product. We had the tour of olive oil and then at the bar we were give lots of different tastings of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. We ended up buying the mild olive oil along with the blackberry balsamic and the honey ginger balsamic. I see lots of salads, grilled fish and chicken in our future. I am glad they do mail order since I know I will runout before I will be back. There are gift packs I will be getting for gifts. read more

We almost didn't go to this place but I'm so glad we decided to go. I enjoy using balsamic vinegar in cooking and they have many flavors in this store which are absolutely delicious and fresh. I can tell the difference between processed commercial brands that do not have the robust freshness as this store supplies. the oils as well are smooth and mild, also can be used in at high cooking temperatures. if you don't like to cook they are good in salads instead of using dressings. very healthy. the staff is awesome and I will be checking out their recipes. it was the highlight of the eureka springs trip. read more

This is a wonderful store with a hands on treat for the taste buds. All their products can be sampled. The staff is helpful in explaining how to best use the oils and vinegars. I love the vinegars which I use on salads to give a burst of sweet and healthy flavor..... read more

Every time we are here we stop. Try the rosemary oil. Yum-o!!!! Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable.

What a neat place that is tucked in the middle of nowhere in Eureka Springs! It reminds me a lot of the olive oil stores that we've had at the Battlefield Mall and also at the Landing, but this one seemed to whole lot more personable. I personally was not greeted and led around, but there were a lot of other people in the store who were partnered up with a salesperson and given almost a guided tour. They have a really nice bar where you can sit down and be given an education and tasting lessons of sorts. They have samples of a ton of olive oils and vinegars, and also popcorn at the front counter that you can try all of your olive oils on. The store is very very neat, and you can tell that it's a fairly new establishment. I can't leave a place like this without buying something, so now I'm the proud owner of a few bottles of fancy oils and fancy vinegars that I'm excited to mix together and try. It would have been helpful if they had little recipe cards that I could take home to remind me of the pairings that they suggested. I definitely recommend stopping in here if you enjoy cooking or want to try adding a little flair to your food! read more

Fresh Harvest is a great place to buy gifts for family and friends who love to cook. Their olive oil and. vinegars are the best. They will mail your items for a small fee. We have been purchasing items for several years and are very happy with the service and the products?. read more

This is absolutely a fun place to visit! Learn, taste, shop, dream....you'll need to build an extra cupboard just to store your new collection. It was so great to find some new ingredients to cook with. The owners are fabulous, always willing to share their passion and knowledge. I've been here twice, and I zeroed in on different favorites each time. Ask about the pairings! read more

While on our second trip to Eureka Springs, one of the owners of the B&B we were staying at said we should go for an olive oil/balsamic vinegar tasting at this new tasting room that had just opened. This recommendation soon turned into one of the highlights of our trip! My husband and I were overwhelmed by the huge selection and fantastic quality of both the olive oils and balsamic vinegars available to taste. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and made us aware of not only the varieties of organic olive oils and vinegars available, the various combinations used to make vinaigrettes, but also the process in which true quality products are created. Once we had a taste of their superb product (and tasted the great difference between olive oils and vinegars we had been buying), we were hooked and walked out with 6 bottles! read more

I always thought one balsamic and olive oil couldn't be that much different from each other but they proved me wrong. The Traditional balsamic is so good you could almost drink it. The basil olive is fantastic. Definitely worth the money. I will be ordering more online. No run of the mill ones for me anymore. read more

This is the only place I buy my oils and vinegars from. Twice a year I visit Eureka Springs and Fresh Harvest is the reason why. I stock up on the basics and treat myself to a tasting to explore some of many infused oils and vinegars. I always walk out wishing I could have bought more. The staff is incredible! They aren't just there to ring you up. You can tell they are passionate about the product they sell and are more then happy to share their knowledge with you. I highly recommend having a staff member tell you about the simple uninfused oils and sample them. It's amazing how different olive oil can taste and you'd never know until you taste them side by side. Next stop.. the tasting bar for the pairings of the day. Usually 5 different infused oil and vinegar pairings to sample as well as staff recommendations for ways to use them. I'm from out of town and they always remind me that I can call them up and they will ship me anything I need if I run out before I can get back down. This is an inspiring place to shop. I always walk out smarter then when I came in and it recharges my cooking creativity. read more
