Love this local gem! Great selection, friendly staff and a loyalty program. Go check it out!!

Just wonderful!!!! We love the people and all the local items they sell. The quality of all products is exceptional

i find it ironic and unexpected that a health store requires people to wear masks. Nonetheless, I needed to shop, so on it went. The employee that assisted me was SO friendly! I enjoyed her conversation and recommendations for our stay in Eureka. It's nice to connect and chat with someone, which seems to be the general town vibe. She also noticed I picked up a CBD info sheet and gave me a $20 sample for free. Great service! read more

Very cute little market that carries a variety of vegan groceries. They have both fresh and prepackaged items. I definitely got a LOT of snacks to try out while camping. The cashier was very friendly. I'd definitely come back if I lived here. read more

Avoid their online store, Eurekamarket.net - it looks great but does not function well. I placed an order March 20th then I contacted them April 1st because my order was still "unfulfilled" on their website and the product that I paid for had not arrived. Despite promises of rapid reply, I didn't receive a response after 2 messages through their website and one phone call. On April 5th, I received an email asking if I had been helped yet and I responded "no". On April 8th, I opened a dispute with American Express because I paid with that credit card. American Express sent me a letter that they ruled in my favor. After American Express replied to me about my dispute, I received a reply from Eureka Market on April 13th offering me a refund if I closed the dispute with my bank. I replied immediately that they should contact American Express, not my bank. If you expect to receive product from their online store, shop elsewhere. They held my money hostage for over 3 weeks with no product to show for it. Eureka Market - if you know you're having problems fulfilling orders then please shut down your website from taking more orders, and communicate with your customers! Even a mass email and refund would have been helpful. Instead, complete frustration and disappointment in this business. read more

The Eureka Market - Easy to clean with products from eureka - Health Markets Near Me - Eureka Springs, Arkansas

I'm a health food junkie, so what's better than finding this store in the small city of Eureka Springs! I found all my favorites here - Noosa yogurt, 100% Raw Coconut Water, Evolution Fresh juices, Kind granola. They also stock a lot of unique items such as quinoa crackers and grape leaves. They have a bulk foods section as well as a body care section which makes it a great one-stop shop! Free wifi, super friendly staff, and the usual expected prices for health food items. I stocked up on food here during my road trip and didn't have to make any other food stops while out in Northwestern Arkansas - a blessing for someone who doesn't like eating heavy meals/fast food on long road trips. read more

Customer service is top notch here. Fresh produce. Great selections on all things organic.

This was a great place to buy groceries during our visit. Fresh produce, bulk items, coffee and other vegan friendly groceries. Thank you!

This is a little healthy outpost in Arkansas that carries packaged and bulk food, as well as a large selection of vitamins/supplements. After discovering the place online, I was happy to find it was open until 7pm during the week, even in the off season. The health food selection is a little better than most grocery stores (Better than Cream Cheese/Sour Cream, Follow Your Heart "cheeses," Lightlife Gimme Lean "sausage," etc.) but it doesn't carry nearly as many Boca or Morningstar frozen products as most groceries do. Turns out the grocery right night door carries ever fewer, so this is as good as it gets. So, a good, but not great selection, prices are a little high compared to national bits, but it would definitely keep me alive if I lived in Eureka Springs, AR. read more

For anyone curious about an experience I had here today: I went in earlier today and purchased some veggies and fruit. When I walked in the female cashier with dreads was friendly. I shopped, finished, and went to ring up. I'd gotten 2 of one kind of orange and 1 of another kind of orange. I let her know I'd mixed two types of oranges in one bag. I told her, "I put them in the same bag since the sign outside says, "all citrus" $1.99/lb". She stated the blood orange was more than the other two. I stated, "I put them all in the bag together because I thought they were all the same price due to the sign outside stating "all citrus".... ." No response from her. I state, "is the blood orange not $1.99/lb like the others? She didn't say anything. Her body language suggested she was irritated/put off by my inquiry. I contemplated walking out because it seemed she was having issues. Unfortunately, I didn't walk out. As far as I knew we weren't fighting. What was going on in her head evidently was much different than what was going on in mine. It seemed as if she was highly triggered. Not my circus not my monkeys though. She did share the cost of the blood orange w/ me. This female cashier w/ dreads then stated, "I don't write the stuff on the sign and I don't know what the sign says." She'd begun talking with a faster pace, and in a different & rude tone. Clearly she viewed me as a problematic customer. Perhaps she has been taught to not ask questions, or pay attention to detail, however; I've learned differently. Also, if I didn't pay attention to details at my work and ask questions at my job nobody would benefit. She gazed at the customer behind me. Again, it was evident she felt I was causing trouble. (Because any customer who asks a question is a problem, amirite?) She was quite dramatic really. She then said again, "I don't know what the sign says.". I found this interesting because (1) she works there, (2) I told her what the sign said, and (3) she refused to listen to what I told her it said, but she also refused to go look at said sign. I usually receive good customer service here. Simple innocent curiosity about the reason she and the sign contradicted one another was no cause for the lack of customer service, and eventual inappropriate tone. I'd eventually told her, "I don't appreciate your attitude.". She kept talking, rambling about how she didn't have an attitude, and so on (clearly lacking self awareness). I told her, "I don't appreciate your defensiveness.". She was able to curtail her tone at that point. However, she still didn't care about my initial inquiry. She created a lot of drama from nothing and I still wanted an answer about the oranges. Initially when I'd come up to the register for check out she was not behind the register. In the middle of this "situation" as described above, she stated to me: "I'm just a cashier and I can't leave my register." She said a lot more than all this. At this point I'm not sure whether she's upset about some underlying boiling issue she has, the orange & my question, or both. Again, not my circus not my monkeys though. I ended up having to manage a situation that was altogether unnecessary. I do not have the time to tell the cashier what the sign says, manage things as she ignores, gaslights, etc. and is downright hostile (all because I sought clarity about the sign, and reason for her attitude in hopes she would stop), go put my groceries in my car, check the sign, go back inside and kindly let her know what it says, then do as she says when she tells me to go take a picture of it and show her, and deal with her (all over again) because she's still rambling on about things that aren't my problem and shouldn't concern me at all. She rang everything up arguing the whole time. She had me go get my oranges and come back in for her to refund me and was argumentative then too. Incredible, and not in a good way. No apology offered. As I walked out the door she was rambling about something, to which I responded. I sincerely regret walking into this store earlier this evening. After a long work week I'm left wondering whether it's a full moon, or something! I spent $200 + here recently. It would in time have been much more, however; I will not be returning. I will happily take my business to another store in Rogers where I don't have to contend with such disrespect, and inappropriate behavior. read more

Lovely market!! They had all the items on my list and were very friendly. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

Great health food store in a small tourist town. I had my coffee here every morning during my visit to Eureka Springs along with checking my emails with their good strong FREE Wi-fi. They have good healthy food, vitamins, snacks and were well worth the visit. They are also open seven days a week which was very nice. read more
