We stopped in for a quick break and grabbed coffee, hot chocolate, and a pastry. Everything hit the spot and was exactly what you want on a travel stop. One thing I really appreciated is that they have a separate line/cashier for food, which keeps things moving and makes the whole experience feel efficient, even when it's busy. The place itself was clean, the staff was super friendly, and service was quick. Overall, just a really solid stop to recharge before getting back on the road.

This is a cute place, unique and does have a sit down restaurant inside. We didn't do that but the menu is very nice, as what they are known for bread bakery items. My husband got a malt , which was very good and an oatmeal raisin cookie that unfortunately was hard as a rock and crumbled when you tried to break it. Definitely stale and a BIG disappointment. My lavender vanilla latte was light on flavor but nice and hot on a cold day. The staff greeted us as we entered and seemed friendly. The dinning area floor was dirty and there was a giant puddle by the soda bar. There were 3-4 workers behind the counter and only two other patrons in the cafe surely one of them could have mopped up the puddle, wiped down the tables and swept the floor.

I was told it would be no problem, that I didn't need to preorder- to just call an hour early and they would have it ready. I called today and was told they would not be able to accommodate my order. This store has great fried chicken, but they need to do a better job setting expectations of what they can and cannot do. I will add the deli staff was more than friendly and courteous, but apparently the night staff didn't do their job, so I was left scrambling.
