My family and I checked this place out today. They have great prices! Lower than Wal-Mart or Harps by a long shot and best meat prices in the area that we've seen so far. The store is nice, old fashioned and well organized and the staff was really nice and we enjoyed chatting with them. I'd say this place is well worth checking out for lower cost groceries. read more

I'm having a lunch party today so I called this store last week to make sure I could get 25 wings on Saturday. I was told it would be no problem, that I didn't need to preorder- to just call an hour early and they would have it ready. I called today and was told they would not be able to accommodate my order. I was able to get 12 wings and luckily Hudson's said they would fry some for me, so I'm getting the remainder there. This store has great fried chicken, but they need to do a better job setting expectations of what they can and cannot do. I will add the deli staff was more than friendly and courteous, but apparently the night staff didn't do their job, so I was left scrambling. read more
