This can be a busy place on the big cedar property. We waited a few minutes in line but the coffee was worth the wait. We got a bourbon caramel latte and it made us forget the wait. Nice staff even with so many people. We got a cinnamon roll to go and our kiddo really enjoyed it.

This was my second time having breakfast here. I ordered the biscuits and gravy 3/5 with a cinnamon roll 4/5 on the side while the wife had a breakfast burrito 4/5 with a iced coffee 5/5. It was raining outside, not ideal parking situation but we made due. There cell service in side in nonexistent. The staff is friendly plenty of seating. The biscuits and gravy were missing something, not sure what but the cinnamon roll was really good as was the breakfast burrito. My wife adored the iced coffee and we will definitely revisit.

This is a cute little place to grab a quick bite with a beautiful view of the water. The food is tasty. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am allergic to some fruit and they offered me an alternative which I was super appreciative of! Downside for me was that the coffee wasn't strong enough and although I got a macchiato, I wish it wasn't so milk strong. Overall great place and I would order here again.

This is probably the best place to get your food or snacks while at big cedar lodge. It's not as busy as devil's pool or buzzbar. They have plenty of options to include pastries, salads, paninis, milkshakes, smoothies and then some. I tried the veggie panini with the chips. The panini was a good size and cheesy. It had a good amount of veggies to include asparagus. I'm not sure if the chips are made in-house, but they sure tasted like they were. They were deliciously crispy and thicker than most potato chips. I also tried a strawberry milkshake. It had real strawberry pieces. The service was always fast. You order at the counter and then someone will bring your food to you. They have inside and outside seating. Beverages are self served.

Because of it being off season I had to wait 3 days in order for it to be open, so call first to make sure they are open this time of year. The breakfast was very delicious and we loved the view from the sun room dining area. Will be back for sure.

I recently returned a year after the first visit, and it hasn't changed a bit. The menu is extensive insofar as classic American fare is concerned, but this isn't the kind of place you'll find 4 clever variations on Eggs Benedict. Anything named after Benedict Arnold has no place in the Ozarks. A year ago, I ordered a western omelet, which commanded my attention and exertions for the better part of 20 minutes. The portions are definitely generous - the pancakes are the size of pizzas. If you're on Ozempic, either skip this place or confine yourself to a single slice of wheat toast. Some gals in the group demurely ordered half portions of biscuits and gravy, thinking a dainty portion would show dedication to preserving their girlish figures. These "half portions" filled the entire (largish) plate. I made a mental note to opt for this on any future visit, and that future arrived this week. Biscuits were country-good, and the gravy was substantial, not that watery stuff that is sometimes drizzled on Pillsbury-from-the-tube biscuits. If you're in Branson, head a little south of the dam to Hungry Hunter. Get there early, because this place is deservedly popular and there will probably be a wait. And the parking can be a bit contentious. It's not open on Monday or Tuesday.

There was something off-putting about the CFS. I didn't care for the coating or the gravy. I'd give it a 2/5. My stepmom gave it a 4/5. Her tastebuds are broken. My dad enjoyed his omelette and said the veggies were lightly sautéed and not greasy. The service was good. The wait was not worth the taste of the CFS, but honestly, 0 minutes of waiting is not worth the CFS. I typically love CFS, but in this case, I wish I had tried the French toast instead. Me: 2/5 (based solely on taste, 5/5 for portion size) Stepmom: 4/5 Dad: 5/5 then amended to 8/10, which is 4/5

We arrived a bit early for our 10am reservation and enjoyed the scenery while waiting. I also enjoyed the interior decor that included Native American artwork and artifacts. The staff were very nice and professional but we were a little confused about a wait after check-in despite having a reservation. When making our 8:00 PM reservation in the Atrium, we were required to pay a $500 deposit. We arrived on time but were not seated until nearly 9:00 PM. One of the main reasons we reserved the Atrium was to enjoy the sunset views, but because our table was not ready, we completely missed the sunset. Once seated, the service remained very slow, and our food arrived only lukewarm. For a restaurant with Osage's reputation and pricing, we expected much better execution and attention to timing. The bright spot of the evening was our server, Christian. He was cheerful, professional, and thorough in explaining the menu and answering our questions. His positive attitude helped make the best of a disappointing situation. Overall, I would not recommend reserving the Atrium if your dining experience depends on being seated at your reservation time. Based on our experience, there appeared to be no guarantee of timely seating or food quality despite the substantial deposit requirement

I got the roast beef platter with toast, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. I wasn't a fan of the beans as they were a bit too sweet for my liking. The potatoes were fine, and I really liked the meat except that most of it was fat. I'm a bit of a picky eater, and fat is one thing I don't enjoy; so I ended up leaving a lot. The parts I did eat were delicious. To be honest though, the best part of the meal was the toast. Oh and for all my fellow Southerners out there, they do serve sweet tea!! P.S.
