FFTK is the best decision you'll make picking an event/wedding caterer! Noelle is the owner and head chef, and she is amazing! She's always quick to respond to email, very accommodating with questions/concerns and dietary needs, and super friendly. We used FFTK for our wedding catering, and Noelle also helped with table/chair rentals, linens, and bartending. The FOOD is unbelievable! We had appetizers, buffet dinner, and dessert... I was receiving compliments all evening about how delicious everything was from all guests (kids, adults, vegetarians, meat lovers, gluten-free)! Noelle had been able to set up a variety of menu items so all guests with dietary restrictions went home full and happy. AND the desserts were fantastic!! The food displays (especially the dessert table!) were beautiful and professional, and blended well thematically with our evening. Her entire staff all evening was professional and friendly, helping set up chairs and tables and assisting with champagne toast pours and clearing tables, as well as takedown afterwards. Fresh From The Kitchen catered my daughter's wedding. It was a small event and the reception was held in my garden on Saturday March 4, 2017. I had initially engaged another caterer who choose not to move forward with our event. It was a little last minute to try to engage FFTK but Noelle the owner never allowed it to become a problem. I met with her and instantly knew I was in good hands. She and her team handled every detail. Because my space is somewhat limited Noelle knew exactly how we could work it. She suggested 3 tables of 10 and created a most delicious menu that pleased everyone in attendance. The food was very impressive, the presentation flawless, the attending staff were all so friendly and capable. Nicolle exceeded all of my expectations and I now look forward to have another reason to use Fresh From The Kitchen. I can't say enough about Noelle & her team from "Fresh from the Kitchen." We had them cater a couple's baby shower and it was the easiest event I have ever planned. Noelle provided very quick responses to me and candid feedback about a menu that would work for both men and women. The tables, chair, linens, dining utensils were all bundled in the final price with the food. Our Southwest menu was a hit for all of our guests - simply delicious. The staff was amazing with guests commenting about them as much as the food. Keim was the lead and handled all the details and beyond. All throughout the planning process to last minute venue changes, Noelle was there for us!! At the wedding the setup and food was amazing! While Noelle was not able to be there her staff was exceptional! Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing and delicious the food was! From the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts and their presentation were perfect! We sent Noelle a photo of the wedding cake we wanted from the Martha Stewart website. We used Fresh From The Kitchen Catering for our office Thanksgiving lunch and the food was absolutely fantastic! Never in my life have I said, "That cream corn is incredible!" This is the side dish to the side dishes people, the lowest rung of the Thanksgiving meal ladder, and it was incredible. Naturally the rest of the meal scaled up accordingly. I have zero complaints whatsoever. The proverbial cherry on top, the presentation was fantastic as well. I don't think a single person would have cared if the presentation was all that good as long as the food tasted fine, but everything was above and beyond expectations. I work for a secular non-profit and find myself responsible for organizing the book tour for a noted atheist author. It was difficult as such to get a caterer willing to work with our organization. We'd already had a couple of companies decline to take our business. By the time I found Fresh From the Kitchen, it was getting close to the event date. Noelle was immediately on the case. She got right back to me when I inquired and put together a beautiful spread for our VIP reception. We got many compliments on her work. They were awesome from the start. I had to organize my first company holiday party. I felt Like this was going to be such an overwhelming task, but Noelle put me at ease and oh how she followed thru. So many compliments about the decor! It made the entire presentation so stylish, contemporary and just gorgeous. Everyone can't stop talking about the food! Noelle is amazing. She worked with my wife and I to create our dinner buffet for our wedding. From our first contact Noelle made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She kept in regular contact with us ensuring that all details for our day were taken care of. My wife really wanted churros con chocolate and Noelle made sure that happened. Romantic dinner for two at home. When you have small children at home, set up dinner for after bedtime! Noelle at Fresh from the kitchen planned an amazing menu of organic greens salad with citrus and red wine vinaigrette, followed by a Vegan Coconut Curry Soup. Main course was Rosemary Garlic Lamb for her and Parmesan Crusted Halibut for him. Dessert (not pictured) was Sorbet with almond cookies and fresh berries. On time? Yes! Tasty? Yes! We had this caterer's food for the second time yesterday. This was a reception at a private home for about 35 people. There were some allergy restrictions that had to be taken into account. The display of the food was beautiful. When you ate you found out it was delicious as well. Lots of beautiful and healthy choices of fresh fruit and vegetable done beautifully.
