So many people stopping by and interacting. The non-food/wine products were really fun -- most interesting selection of Baggu I've seen, and just lots of fun stuff. If I had a place for it, a candle holder would have come home with me. There's actually a decent sized parking lot right out front so don't hesitate to swing by!

I made haste when they announced they were considering closing shop. When I finally did visit, I was not disappointed. I chatted at length with the shop clerk, learned about their natural wine selection, even got to sample a crisp white wine, and explored everything that was part of their eclectic inventory. I came away with quite a few impulse buys, but I really enjoyed the experience! Looks like they're sticking around since they renewed their lease and even started up a new coffee shop/eatery in the same plaza. But I encourage everyone to support this amazing local business and bask in a wack-a-doodle shopping experience!

I especially want to compliment Libby. I didn't realize the store wasn't very stroller-friendly because of the tight spaces, but Libby took the time to help me navigate the store while I shopped. She also told me about upcoming events, including their wine tasting. I had the chance to try their seasonal pumpkin spice drink, and it was delicious! I'm usually not a pumpkin spice fan, but I'm so glad I tried it. It had the perfect amount of flavor without being overly sweet. If you're a mama visiting with a little one, I recommend using a baby carrier or placing a pickup order. If you live nearby, I'd also suggest walking over because parking can be limited. The board and all of the ingredients were high quality. Our guests were pleased and so was I! Queen Creek Olive Mill is such a delightful place to spend some time. Of course, seeing the olives are fantastic, but their infused olive oils and the dishes they create with them are equally worth enjoying. There's something so relaxing about sitting outside in the shaded portion of the property, looking out over the grounds, and even taking a little stroll among the numerous olive trees. I ended up ordering the ricotta eggs on focaccia, and gosh darn, they were DELICIOUS. The white truffle-infused olive oil was absolutely the star of the dish. It added just the right amount of rich, savory truffle flavor without overpowering the creamy eggs. The focaccia was flavorful, perfectly suited for soaking up all those delicious flavors, and made the whole dish feel extra indulgent. My partner went with the bacon, potato, and ricotta breakfast sandwich, which he really enjoyed as well. It was hearty, flavorful, and a great choice for breakfast. I was tempted by the premade pasta and sauce dinners to take home, but decided to buy some wine instead. It was busy inside and quieter outside since we visited in mid-August, but they had the misters going. I can imagine how great the outdoor space and events are when the weather cools down. Definitely need to come back in the fall!
