I've been going to Henry's for the 32 years I've lived in Beverly…read more I consider it to be a reliable place to get quality food. It's expensive, and usually worth it. Especially great are their premade foods by the deli counter. Their different types of chicken salad is a favorite of my husbands. Their cookies are decent, especially the butter crunch. Their house made chicken pot pie is very popular with so many people, I have brought it to friends when they are home sick and I don't want to cook. No one is disappointed with that. They make all their food in-house. So good. Their desserts are quite good. Recently had a small event and didn't feel like cooking. I supplemented with a gallon of their hearty vegetable soup, and their little desserts. The veggie soup was just too healthy to be popular with this crowd, so that was a bad choice on my part. The desserts were a bit hit. They have flowers, cute paper goods, great house made hamburgers, we go there often. Never disappointing, but much more expensive than Shaws or Market Basket. Having said that, we feel it is worth it.

I went to the bakery to buy some pastries and there were flies covering the food. I explained to the young man that there was a problem there and he shrugged his shoulders and continued to sell the pastries to customers. The men who work in the deli are just outright rude. I asked a man to make me sandwich and he rolled his eyes slamming the food like I asked him to donate a kidney. I spoke with the manager and he said "Yeah, we have a high turnover. Sorry" The store is old and gross.

Creative Catering knows nothing but scrumptious appetizers, delectable entrees and mouthwatering…read moredesserts. Not to mention, the crew is unmatched. They got my had hot food on the table for my guests in fifteen minutes. They were friendly, helpful and effective from the tasting to the very end of the wedding day, when the staff went above and beyond to help politely usher guests out of the venue so we could make our curfew on time. Lori and her team are pros. They knew what we wanted and they executed. They even provided a private dinner for my husband and I so that we could have what we heard was impossible: actually enjoy our wedding meal and spend some quality 1:1 time together on our special day. At the tasting, Lori brought out a meal we hadn't even ordered: their melt-in-your-mouth short rib. My dad and my husband tried it and after one bite, they knew we had to have it on the menu. Most of our guests got it, and it was a smash hit. I had their incredible baked haddock with mashed potatoes and green beans almandine -- out of this world. The signature salad was perfect. Our vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free guests were delighted by their Mediterranean pasta dishes and food allergy guests were accommodated and well fed, as well, from apps to dessert. The bar served up our signature drinks with precision and flair, working in our embossed cocktail napkins and monogramed stirrers. We are so grateful and the rave reviews from our guests are a testament to professionalism, talent and care of Creative Catering. We'll look back on our wedding as a day of love, great memories and outstanding food and service. Look no further for your catering needs in the north shore -- they're the best!

I always disregarded them as they have "cafe and market" in their name. I assumed sandwich and bakery. We decided to pull in and discovered a full restaurant, patio, and bar. We decided to sit at the bar as it was last minute and there were empty seats. Joanna, our bar tender, instantly greeted us and got us some delicious cocktails quickly. My cosmo was one of the best I had. We asked for some recommendations, and she was spot on. The caprese salad was a plump delicious heirloom tomato with delicious pesto, mozzarella and balsamic dressing. The arancini was a cheesy risotto in a bolognese sauce that my husband couldn't stop saying "fantastic." Same with me. We ended up splitting the sliced filet which was cooked to perfection. Oh, and I forgot about the delicious warm bread and parmigian oil that was to die for. Service and food are 5 stars. We are going to come back again and again!! Loved it.

Basically we shouted at each other for an hour and a half. Service was Excellent. Cocktails were very good. Zucchini appetizer was unique with great flavor and texture. Everyone but me really enjoyed their meal I went with the veal parm which wasn't bad but not great. The veal was a little tough and seemed to lack flavor. I was also disappointed with the red sauce, it was a little sour. With that said I did enjoy the left overs for lunch the next day. I tasted the other dishes and they were truly good. I'm hoping I got the red sauce on a bad night. We ended the meal with the melt in your mouth limoncello cake. I'll be back
