I got him two donuts, both were beautiful and he thoroughly enjoyed them. It was so hard to pick, they have a great variety. Biscoff looks so good! The displays were beautiful and it was very spacious and clean for a donut shop. Definitely come for your office or kid's on special occasions and holidays for a fun, themed treat!

I went through the drive-through and the…read moremenu board showed a full selection of doughnuts, but when I started to order, I was told that most of them were actually sold out. At that point there were barely any options left to choose from. I completely understand that popular items sell out, especially later in the evening, but the drive-through menu should absolutely be updated to reflect what is actually available. Showing a full menu when most items aren't in stock wastes customers' time and creates a frustrating experience. Pinbox has a good reputation, which is why this was so surprising. I hope management looks into improving communication and updating the menu boards so customers know what's actually available before waiting in line. Right now the drive-through experience feels very misleading.

Anyway, donuts looked really good and tasted decent. Nothing special, but not bad. Got in, got out. Enjoyed a donut on the way home. Win win.

I utilized the drive thru. It was quick and easy. No substitutions allowed on the speciality box even if you offer to pay the up-charge. Also, cannot get other discounts with the box. The donuts were super fresh despite getting them later in the afternoon. I was actually surprised they still had them, I figured they would be sold out. The donuts are purple and I thought you may be able to taste the purple food coloring but I was pleasantly surprised you can't. The one with the witches hat, the black frosting has a strong food coloring taste but its only a tiny portion of the donut. I hope they do more speciality boxes like this because its fun and changes things up. I highly recommend these of you are having a Halloween party or to take to the office.

Only two people were ahead of me, and they were already halfway through their order. I just wanted one box of original glazed donuts. After they finished paying, the employee looked at me, said "one second," then walked off to prep the coffee maker and handle other tasks and never came back. It's been a while since my last visit, and I was also surprised to see a dozen basic donuts cost nearly $20. After waiting about 10 minutes, I took the hint and left. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least have enough staff to take care of the customers standing in line.

All of the trays were filled, but there were actually very few options. Other than just basic donuts. They had a dounut labeled as an old-fashioned, but it was simply a plain un-iced, un-glazed round donut. I did not have time to go elsewhere, so I quickly chose a dozen. All of the iced donuts looked like they had been iced and decorated by 10-year-olds. When I got to my destination, and we opened the box of donuts, I heard the same thing from everybody that tried one. They were all extremely heavy, dry, and tasted like they were week old. The Circle K gas station down the street has a much better selection of much better tasting donuts. After this experience, I completely understand why Dunkin' removed the word donuts from their name. Clearly they just wanna be in the coffee and breakfast sandwich business.

This particular location was smaller than I anticipated and doesn't sell any clothing merch. The staff was GREAT here though, answered my many questions, and had a smile on her face the whole time. As for the donuts, the flavor options are incredible here. Ultimately, went with a couple classics in chocolate and cinnamon roll and a couple fancier flavors in peanut butter and jelly and banana pudding. All of the donuts were fresh and had an incredible flavor. PBJ would probably be my favorite of the ones I tried, as it was a perfect balance of the flavors without either overpowering the other. Back to the merch, there are other stores that aren't too far that you can pick some up, or you can do what I did and go to the website and pay to have it shipped. I'm still waiting for it to ship/arrive, so I can't speak to the quality yet. Seems like Pinkbox is still growing, so it shouldn't be hard to find a location in town when you're craving a donut. Ultimately, there is no such thing as a bad donut!

As we were walking up to the front door, labled with the sold out sign, someone from inside yelled that they were not open. Sometime later, I did go onto their website to express that the store was listed online as open but was actually closed when we drove to the location, which was disappointing since there was no indication of the closure unless you drove all the way to the store. Additonally, I did mention that I planned to write a review about our experience having travelled there during open hours, only to find out that they were closed. We reccieved text messages from the owner saying that we were not customers and had no experience to review. It is true that we did not get an opportunity to try any items on the menu, so this is not a review of the desserts.
