I was hoping to purchase Pokemon inspired donuts as I saw was upcoming but they hadn't started making them yet but remembered Spider-Man day was 1 Aug and the had some Spider-Man inspired donuts instead so I purchased a few Spider-Man donuts. The staff who helped me could've been a little more courteous. Best of all they offer a military discount. read more

Typical Krispy Kreme experience... the place seemed clean, but the service today was terrible. There was no rush, yet I was completely ignored from the moment I walked in. Only two people were ahead of me, and they were already halfway through their order. I just wanted one box of original glazed donuts. After they finished paying, the employee looked at me, said "one second," then walked off to prep the coffee maker and handle other tasks and never came back. It's been a while since my last visit, and I was also surprised to see a dozen basic donuts cost nearly $20. After waiting about 10 minutes, I took the hint and left. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least have enough staff to take care of the customers standing in line. read more

Krispy Kreme - The over priced menu. Can't believe how bad it is but their margins must be amazing. - Donuts Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

Disappointed to have come and they were all out of regular glazed donuts. I had to wait two hours to come back after promising my son I'd get him some. Of all things I thought they would've had an abundance. Overall store was clean and customer service was great once I did come back. read more

My grandson Knox said Donut for the first time so there's no better way to celebrate then to go get donuts at Krispy Kreme! My grandson was so excited when he noticed all the donuts and the staff there were so nice! My grandson asked and did sign language to ask for a donut! Staff gave him a high five and a donut hole. We ordered a dozen donuts and sat to try one out. The restaurant is very clean and service was fast. Definitely will be back soon read more

I occasionally stop by Krispy Kreme to get a donut. I saw they had a specialty box of a dozen donuts for Halloween for two days only so decided to grab a box before I missed it. I utilized the drive thru. It was quick and easy. No substitutions allowed on the speciality box even if you offer to pay the up-charge. Also, cannot get other discounts with the box. The donuts were super fresh despite getting them later in the afternoon. I was actually surprised they still had them, I figured they would be sold out. The donuts are purple and I thought you may be able to taste the purple food coloring but I was pleasantly surprised you can't. The one with the witches hat, the black frosting has a strong food coloring taste but its only a tiny portion of the donut. I hope they do more speciality boxes like this because its fun and changes things up. I highly recommend these of you are having a Halloween party or to take to the office. read more

This has nothing to do with the donuts because I mean it's donuts. However I went thru the drive thru and their ordering system is AI. It kept repeating my order, 2 raspberry filled, 1 glazed, one coffee glazed, biscoff cookie and chocolate glazed. The guy at the window confirmed my order. Get home and the order is still wrong. I got creme filled instead of raspberry filled and it's very frustrating. read more

This is the 2nd time it has happened to me now. Part of the problem is their delivery service, bu the fact that you can order from a businsess PAy the extra fees , and then not get all of your order and just be told all the can do is refund the $5 for the special. IF I want to get what I originally ordered, I willnow have to pay I full price, and no refund of the delivery and servie fees I pad but didnt get my stuff. Horrible customer service. I suppose part of this review should be for Door dash as they were the delivery service, but ultimatley I ordered from KRispy Kreme adn they are not interested n making it right. They wont even try and get door dash to help .. Really frustrating that businesses just dont care about customer service anymore . read more

I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in years and forgot how good their original donuts are. The hot sign was on and they even gave us free samples. That was so nice! Krispy Kreme has an offer for straight A's - bring in your report card and you're able to get a donut for every A you got, up to 6 donuts. I called ahead before leaving and heading down there w my kids to make sure they were still doing that offer, they said yes. I drove down there just to be told my kids can't get donuts cause it's only valid a week after the report card was generated.. I wasn't told nor know this, so driving down there and being told no was a huge let down, and annoyed since I called ahead for that specific reason. read more

At this visit, we were very satisfied. We got the witches brew dozen for 13. This is so yummy, it's purple and tasted like it has mochi. My kids love it. Krispy Kreme doughnuts is one of my favorite spots to stop by for doughnuts. This location has a open kitchen where you can see how the doughnuts are made. I don't typically get their coffee, only the doughnuts! My family and I stopped by this Krispy Kreme location on a Friday to pick up a dozen glazed doughnuts. I do plan on stopping by again relatively soon to pick up some of their pumpkin spice collection while it's still in season! The glazed doughnuts were delicious! Krispy Kreme' doughnuts are so light and sweet! If you need to reheat the original glazed doughnuts, it's recommended for up to 8 seconds in a microwave! The team at this location were amazing! The service was outstanding and quick. I'd highly recommend stopping by this Krispy Kreme location if you're in the mood for some doughnuts! read more

I'm not sure this is a knock on Krispy Kreme, I'm used to low sugar consumption, or a combination of both. But these donuts are VERY sweet, sweeter than I remember. And how did the ingredients get so expensive, lol. I got the standard dozen because you can't just buy one, am I right? They were all delicious but I must restrain myself from buying them to at least twice a year. See you in 6 months..... Now if I can just buy only one...... read more

Yelp Review 2023 #40: I've been coming to this location since moving to Vegas from a city in the Midwest where there's only 2 Krispy Kreme locations and visiting my grandmother in Chicago meant bringing her a box of KK doughnuts. Thankfully, we have about 5-6 KK locations in Vegas - I wish we had more. If I ever have a taste for doughnuts, it has to be Krispy Kreme. They're light, soft, and stay that way for hours. Unlike other doughnut places that are dry, dense, hard, and heavy - that can be used as a weapon 5 hours after getting them. Those were the doughnuts I grew up having. But I'm older and wiser now, and can make my own decisions, and buy my own doughnuts! I stick to the basics: chocolate iced glaze, glazed, raspberry filled, and powdered strawberry filled. But every now and then, they have special flavors that are only available for a limited time. They didn't have the Nutella doughnuts even they came out - I'm still upset about that, hence, I'm still talking about it. Every First Friday of the month, they have chocolate glazed doughnuts - the entire doughnut is covered in chocolate ! Yuuuuummmm!!! Check first before going because not all locations do it on First Fridays anymore. Today, I went and got their Biscoff (cookie butter) doughnuts. They have 3 kinds: Biscoff Iced, Cookie Butter Cream Filled, and Biscoff Cheesecake. I tried the Biscoff Iced, and Cookie Butter Cream (errr...Kreme) Filled. They were good. I like the Biscoff Iced more though. They have special promos if you buy more of their doughnuts by the dozen. Again, check their website before going because it changes. read more

I am writing this review as I express my disappointment with this location as I was greeted with poor customer service from worker named Annamae Murphy , I am told she was a district leader, which makes me even more disappointed, I was asking to speak for a higher up when i talked to them and was approached with rudeness and no care for what my problem was. My favorite donut shop Yes of course Krispy Kreme donut. There located all over Las Vegas I went to the one located on Craig's Rd. How ironic lol. I had couple of their mini glaze very fresh soft and Krispy glaze on top yum. If I could I would have order one of each lol. Wow Krispy Kreme's quality has diminished since the last time I've had one of their donuts well over 1 year ago. Located east of Camino Al Norte and Craig Rd, it's located right next to Wendy's. They are always making fresh batches of donuts and I love the warm taste on the first bite. Worker at the register seemed irritated that we were there despite it being 50 minutes until closing. We came in because the hot light was on and they were making fresh donuts. We didn't get a free hot light donut which was annoying but whatever I'm not going to complain about not getting a free donut. It was annoying however that the next family was greeted with a complete 180 polite worker and a donut for everyone in their family. We thought maybe they just know them and we got unlucky. Next family came up, also got free donuts and a smile. Not sure what we did but it was a pretty big bummer. read more

I came in at 7am this morning to pick up donuts for my office. I decided to walk in because I noticed there were no customers on the inside. Despite there being no customers inside I waited about 5 minutes at the counter before someone came over to help me. I don't mind the wait, but I noticed at least 4 people working in the back and not one person acknowledged me upon entering. So as I waited I'm wondering did they notice me? Are they just busy and they'll be right over? A quick hi, I'll be right with you would have been nice. read more
