Its a shame this place only has 2 stars. I brought my daughter here before school to get a donut and a drink. The gentleman serving us was so nice, my daughter insisted I make this review. We ordered 6 glazed munchkins and he hooked us up with a few extra since we are here alot. She wanted a drink that was an energy and I said no so he made her a drink without the energy in it! I had not been to Dunkin' in quite some time. I walked into a store this morning. They had the smallest section of actual donuts. All of the trays were filled, but there were actually very few options. Other than just basic donuts. They had a dounut labeled as an old-fashioned, but it was simply a plain un-iced, un-glazed round donut. I did not have time to go elsewhere, so I quickly chose a dozen. All of the iced donuts looked like they had been iced and decorated by 10-year-olds. When I got to my destination, and we opened the box of donuts, I heard the same thing from everybody that tried one. They were all extremely heavy, dry, and tasted like they were week old. The Circle K gas station down the street has a much better selection of much better tasting donuts. After this experience, I completely understand why Dunkin' removed the word donuts from their name. I also get some of their Wake-Up Wraps, egg, cheese, and bacon. This Dunkin Donuts location is in North Las Vegas. It was pretty quick stop! Once I placed my order, I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to pick it up! The bagel was perfectly warmed up. It wasn't burnt! The bagel, egg, cheese, and bacon is one of my favorite options at Dunkin' Donuts. The wake-up wraps were yummy as well! Dunkin' Donuts is starting to get expensive though. First off, it was not busy. Just me and another car. We drove for 15 minutes around trying to find coffee and came across a dunkin with just me and another car in it. Now we all know coffee shops here are busy especially early in the morning. Being it was my first time to prepare this girl so they are aware cause I didn't know what to get. I mention this is my first time (super excited), oh boy was I met with a not so kind attitude at 8 am. Over joyed still, hoping to have some guidance because I was new, it was my first time. I've been a loyal customer at this Dunkin' location for quite some time, coming in almost every day even on weekends and I've never had a single issue until this morning. Unfortunately, that experience was enough to make me decide I won't be returning. I ordered an iced pistachio latte with oat milk a drink I've gotten before and enjoyed. I understand that lattes tend to have more milk than espresso, but this one tasted like nothing but oat milk. No pistachio flavor, no hint of espresso just a cup of bland milk. I went back inside right away to politely ask for it to be remade. The person I believe was the manager asked what was wrong, and I explained that it tasted like oat milk and nothing else. She rang someone up on her headset to make a new one, but then turned around, said "I know, but..." and whispered something I couldn't hear. That already felt off. While the employee remade the drink, I tried to explain that I come here regularly and that something was just off with today's order. The manager then made a sarcastic remark "Oh, but she comes here every day" and when the employee handed me the new drink, she said something over the headset that caused the manager to laugh. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disappointing. I approached the situation calmly and respectfully, simply wanting what I paid for not to be mocked or treated like a nuisance. Good customer service should never involve sarcasm or side comments, especially toward someone who's been a regular and loyal customer. I never expected to be treated like that over a simple drink remake, but unfortunately, this left a sour taste -- and it wasn't from the latte. read more

Not only do they ALWAYS get orders wrong, but they COMPLAIN when it's wrong, as if it is your fault. The staff are extremely disrespectful and need to find different employment because they are clearly not in the right place. They will talk bad about you in the back yet still audible, get mad at you when they made the order wrong, and have a bad temper when you confront them about it. Dunkin isn't my first thought to go to when I'm craving a donut. Their track record of stale donuts and bad customer service deters me from really thinking of them. It was National Donut day and I saw they were giving a free donut with purchase of a drink. I was thirsty so thought why not? Giving them the benefit of a doubt that maybe the past like 5 times I'd gone had been a fluke. I pull up to the drive through and go to order my coffee the girl proceeds to tell me lattes, macchiatos and cappuccinos are not included in the free donut promo. I kept trying to order various things and the girl kept telling me it isn't included. So I asked her to just give me whatever is included. (An iced or hot coffee) I got an iced coffee (literally like coffee pot coffee with some flavoring over ice). It honestly wasn't too bad tasting but not what I was wanting. From a business stand point this made zero sense. I'm trying to order a 6 dollar coffee and you force me to buy a 2 dollar coffee. They could have made a bigger profit allowing customers to get whatever coffee of their choice. The donuts... they were out of almost everything I wanted. The donuts were exactly how they had been the previous times I had gotten donuts from dunkin. Stale and hard. I am not sure why they can't keep their donuts fresh. OK, so I am going to vent today!!! I have been going to Dunkin' Donuts for about four months now almost daily, sometimes twice a day. I usually go through the drive-through once in a while I will go into the dining area. Normally I don't have any problems. I've been to Dunkin' Donuts in multiple states and they're generally the same. since I've been back home, I've been going to the same location daily and for some reason every time I go something has been wrong with my order. Today, I have just been fed up!!! With the cost of food being sky high I'm at the point where I should just start making these $4 loaded hashbrowns at home. Do I like them? Yes, when they're made correctly. They're supposed to come with queso cheese and bacon....oh by the way you only get nine of the round hash browns. In the picture that I post let me know where the queso cheese is. Go to another location you say..... I would definitely do that and I have tried to do that. On Sunday, January 21st we pulled into the drive thru with the intention to snag a quick breakfast because my husband had to head over to a job site. When we pulled up to the intercom we waited well into 10 minutes, without hearing a single word from anyone. We figured the mic was probably not working so we thought orders were being taken at the window. We waited at the window another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, eventually Jamie came over and read an order back to us, we then let her know we still hadn't ordered. She put in for our items right then and there. My husband requested for ketchup to be in the bag, she said it wasn't a problem. Walks off, then comes back to let us know she made sure it was in our bag, then instructs us to park out front where our order will be brought out in a couple of minutes. While we were waiting in our vehicle, after a good 5 minutes we see her and a gentleman come out, get in their car, and leave. I thought it was odd, as being someone who's worked in the restaurant industry for many years, even if you're coming off your shift, when there is a problem, you don't leave until you know things are good. At this point, we are a bit anxious. After several more minutes, my husband grabs our receipt and walks in to see what's going on. When he came back he told me that Jamie never let anyone know what was going on. No one knew we were out there waiting for our food. I check our bag to see if everything was in there. We ordered 3 Maple Bacon Sandwiches, 2 orders of the Everything Bagel Minis, 1 order of Hash Browns, and 2 Cold Brews. For one, there was NO ketchup in the bag. Shocker. The lady who helped my husband said they were out. Not one of the breakfast sandwiches any had egg. The bagel minis, were plain. Then to top it all off, the drinks were definitely not what we ordered. I was LIVID at this point. What was supposed to be something quick, so we could get on with our day, turned into an ordeal. It's not like it's cheap food. I went back in, and showed the young lady at the counter what was in the bag, I explained everything to her. She was clearly embarrassed. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my "surprise" she told me the manager was Jamie and that she'd just left. I was appalled. I told her about there being no egg in the sandwiches, and she told me they were frozen. I asked why we weren't notified, and then explained to her that it's not right to charge someone for something that's not there. I then went on to tell her that if something on the menu is ever 86'd, that the customer needs to be notified at the time they are placing their order. She didn't know what else to do, besides issue us a refund. I gave her back all the items we ordered for it. I am very disappointed to see that that's how a MANAGER would handle a situation like that, and the carelessness with which we were treated. read more

Mood- Doughnuts ( Before the Covid19 hit ) Upon entering it was almost closing time. The drive thru light was not lit so we weren't for sure if they were still taking customers at this time. They did not turn us away at all. This was refreshing as honestly I just wanted their sour dough doughnut. You order at the front counter, pay, and just wait for your order to be boxed up. We opted for the sour dough doughnut, and French crueler - both were my little piece of heaven that evening. Nothing was dry at all. Interior was very clean. There was other patrons inside while we were there. Several table and chair arrangement, plus a sit up counter. Would recommend - pricing is typical for a Dunkin, staff was very courteous, even checking on other doughnuts that I had my mind on as well. Ok, so here's the deal up to the time i moved to the food capital of the known world I lived in New England which is the hub of the Dunkin' Donuts universe as we know it. There are "Dunks" on every corner, every gas station, every convenience store etc. Of course there are Starbucks and a few indie's out there but it's' a Dunkin world out there. I hit the drive through at this place around 11:15 this morning, no cars in front of me... get to the menu board and the typical disembodied voice did not welcome me , but merely asked what my order was. Not the end of the world, but i expected more. So here's my order and I quote....."May I please have a small black hazelnut coffee?" Now let's forget the "May I" and just focus on my order ..... THREE WORDS, just three.... small black hazelnut .... i speak pretty clearly and slowly.... Drive to the window, coffee is $2.27 so i give the guy $3.00 and get my coffee and drive off... a few blocks later i take a sip... coffee, not hazelnut with maybe 5-6 sugars. i pull over and open the container, so much cream the coffee was almost white.... so obviously the person that prepared the order was brain dead or could not read the POS dealie... and again, i was the only car in the drive through.... Believe it or not, getting the order wrong has been the rule EVERY time I visited ANY Dunkin' here .. This was the final sip so to speak, Starbucks, Dutch Brothers or ANYWHERE else for my coffee.... DD used to be my first option for coffe around the area. We have mcdonals & Starbucks also. But I used to go to DD all the time before work or after. The staff used to be friendly and they knew what they were doing. Now, when I go there I have to tell them to redo my coffe and even when I get it back it is still not good.
