I saw this shop for a year or so before we tried it. The store front just didn't grab my attention and I always forgot it was there. We finally got around to trying it and these donuts are amazing!!! Amazing and delicious donuts!!! The donuts are not the only thing that make Fresh Donuts so fantastic, the customer service is second to none. I stopped by one time and I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened. I planned to wait in my car until the right time but the owner saw me waiting. He unlocked the door and cheerily waved me in. Not all of the donuts were out on display yet so he took my order and then made the specific ones that I wanted. Their hours are from 0500-1900. We called at 1920 to see if they were open, and she told us no, but they'd stay open for us! They both were so friendly, prices are great, and donuts were delicious! Definitely recommend this place over Dunkin. read more

This is my favorite donut shop. My favorite donut is topped with Fruity Pebbles, but they don't serve it regularly. Looking for it is like playing the lotto. So the glazed donuts, cut in half, with the cream in the middle were good. The rest of the donuts only so so, but I will say they were better than Dunkin Donuts. This place is a little pricier also. I've visited this place twice now, and both times they have provided fast, friendly service. The donuts and bear claws are great! They don't always have every variety and flavor in stock, but that's because they are made fresh. The first time I visited the women working there was in the back making donuts when I walked in. They also have hit and iced coffee, and boba. I will definitely be visiting again. read more

First time coming to this donut shop and I was welcomed by a woman whom had Just finished touching her nose... I ignored it knowing she wouldn't touch the food I would be ordering , I continue on ordering a donut with cream filling and a regular glazed . I see as she grabs a bag and puts the glazed first then grabs another regular glazed onto a basket in which I clearly see her go to the back and grabs it with her BARE HAND (no gloves) and she starts sawing through the thing then slabs some cream on to it smushes the top to the bottom and puts it on the basket comes back upfront . I thought maybe it wasn't my order but I was wrong when she put the same donut into the other bag and asked me if I'd like anything else .. in order not to make a scene I asked politely if I could actually have a muffin instead of the cream filled she told me she already made it so I have to buy it , so then I asked her was she wearing gloves ? She just stared at me and then I said I'm sorry but that's my problem and she continues to grabbing the donut and throws it away in front of me grabs the muffin throws it into the bag rudely. Then proceeds to say the total, she was pissed .. but when was the last time businesses went around touching everything then putting their hands on your food . Next time you go in make sure your watching them closely . I won't be returning anytime soon HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IN NEED OF A HEALTH INSPECTOR ! read more
