As the three rugs were rolled and wrapped when we picked them up after cleaning, we didn't open the rugs until we had moved to our new home, and renovations and move-in were complete. One of the rugs was perfectly cleaned; another had some snags and a bit of discoloration; and the third rug was all snagged strains of carpet. That particular rug was in perfect, beautiful shape when taken to Ayoub, but was a mess when finished.
