The atmosphere walking in was warm and welcoming even though quite spacious, from large windows on 2 walls and unique light fixtures hanging from ceiling. It advertises as a great place to study and there were some people with laptops. It wasn't busy for dinner time on a Thursday but I was comfortable and happy to linger while trying to get every last boba! However I do think that a new speaker system in the drive-thru might solve a lot of problems. It might also benefit them to reward employees for short service times at the drive-thru window.
