The crew of three spent approximately 3 hours there and did a fantastic job. They did not waste any time going straight to work and were very detailed in getting the job done. I would not hesitate to use them again and in fact, waiting on regular bi-weekly cleaning quotes now.

Not what I would have expected for the price. Maybe I should have sprung for the up charged service, but it had the services I needed in the standard. I guess they just don't do them as well in the standard cleaning package.

I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. They took great care to be sure the facility looked perfect for a scheduled photo & video shot. Plus, the entire team managed this project so graciously while following COVID-19 procedures. Fresh and Clean did such a fantastic job and we were so happy working with the team, that they have been hired on as the facility's permanent cleaning staff. Thank you Fresh and Clean! 5 plus stars!!

Laura and her team made the house look arguably cleaner than the first day we set foot in the house and I appreciate their hard work! Booking the appointment was super easy as Laura communicated promptly with any and all questions she had as it related to the house and payment. She even checked in prior to her arrival because something came up with another client causing her to take a detour prior to reaching our house. None the less, they showed up and got the job done, no questions asked. I would recommend Laura and her team to anyone looking for a reliable home/office cleaning service!

My husband sums me up in one word: PICKY. And this is the only time in history you'll ever see a…read morewoman agree with their husband...I really am. This being the case, finding a good cleaning company in the area has been a year long struggle. I first hired image maids but after a few months I terminated them. Not only were they very pricey, which I don't mind, but I was getting a new team every week and the services lacked tremendously from one week to the next. Though I voiced my concerns, I was told they couldn't assign one particular team to me and all they could do is send someone back to fix the issues at a later date. Well that doesn't work for us. We are business owners and our weeks are sometimes booked solid with errands and projects it's impossible to adjust our schedules to something that should've been done right the first time. Needless to say we needed someone to get the job done right the first time and be consistent every time. After image maids I hired someone else. I don't even want to get into the issues I experienced but let's just say I spent more precious time and money and stressful issues that took days to get over to add to all of that. I'm writing this review because I want everyone reading this to not only save money but also save you the headaches associated with hiring a cleaning company around here. If you've already experienced this I know I am resonating with what I've shared. If you want to avoid the headaches of dealing with all the issues I mentioned, hire asap. They finally met all my nitpicking needs. Not only does Laura pay attention to detail, but she is also very dedicated to making sure she does things your way until she gets it right the first time, every time. She's open to positive criticism which was a breathe of fresh air, especially after dealing with a different service that was less friendlier with every item I pointed out that they overlooked...c'mon is this really the right attitude after I was clear that this is what I was paying them for from the beginning!? Seriously, save yourself the headaches. Laura and her team are fast and immaculate in the services they provide. Her prices are way more reasonable than any company I've reached out to in the area. She'll definitely save you all the headaches I've dealt with.
