Laura and her team did a fabulous job cleaning our house prior to moving out. The house was host to four college aged males (myself included) so you can go ahead and picture the task at hand. Laura and her team made the house look arguably cleaner than the first day we set foot in the house and I appreciate their hard work! Booking the appointment was super easy as Laura communicated promptly with any and all questions she had as it related to the house and payment. She even checked in prior to her arrival because something came up with another client causing her to take a detour prior to reaching our house. My husband sums me up in one word: PICKY. And this is the only time in history you'll ever see a woman agree with their husband...I really am. This being the case, finding a good cleaning company in the area has been a year long struggle. I first hired image maids but after a few months I terminated them. Not only were they very pricey, which I don't mind, but I was getting a new team every week and the services lacked tremendously from one week to the next. Though I voiced my concerns, I was told they couldn't assign one particular team to me and all they could do is send someone back to fix the issues at a later date. Well that doesn't work for us. We are business owners and our weeks are sometimes booked solid with errands and projects it's impossible to adjust our schedules to something that should've been done right the first time. Needless to say we needed someone to get the job done right the first time and be consistent every time. After image maids I hired someone else. I don't even want to get into the issues I experienced but let's just say I spent more precious time and money and stressful issues that took days to get over to add to all of that. I'm writing this review because I want everyone reading this to not only save money but also save you the headaches associated with hiring a cleaning company around here. If you've already experienced this I know I am resonating with what I've shared. If you want to avoid the headaches of dealing with all the issues I mentioned, hire asap. They finally met all my nitpicking needs. Not only does Laura pay attention to detail, but she is also very dedicated to making sure she does things your way until she gets it right the first time, every time. She's open to positive criticism which was a breathe of fresh air, especially after dealing with a different service that was less friendlier with every item I pointed out that they overlooked...c'mon is this really the right attitude after I was clear that this is what I was paying them for from the beginning!? Each time house was clean but began to get later on in the day each time. One day it was after 7:30 before getting here. Appointment was at 3-4 that day. Each time it became more irregular on time. Last app. Did not show up. Did not contact me. I tried several times to reach her. She never returned my call or showed up. Several weeks no response. Nice lady, cleaned well but not dependable. I liked her but worried something had happen to her since she did not contact me after several attempts to reach her. She was always paid for her cleanings , even helped her clean making my own beds etc. and I shared my garden veggies with her. I have to have someone dependable. Waiting anywhere from 11 am until evening just did not work. But I honestly gave her a chance . Not a good experience. read more
