Got into town late and the hotel restaurant was closed. A Google search showed me Primo Cafe and…read moreMarket, one block away was still open. I checked it out and glad I did. Nice clean store with lots of drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) prepared foods, desserts and pastries, snacks as well as Sundries and souvenirs. I didn't want something too heavy and was trying to eat somewhat healthy since it was after 11:30 p.m. and I needed to go to sleep soon. I was able to order a salad that they made fresh and I'm super impressed by the size of the salad itself and all of the great ingredients inside. Especially appreciated how she heated up the grilled chicken and gave me a ton of avocado. Usually when you add avocado to things it's just a few slices but they make those avocados really big down here in Miami and I feel like she gave me almost a quarter of the Giant avocado. It tasted good, she was very pleasant and it was a very good price.

The rest of the sandwich was just really soggy greasy. The empanada I got was stale and underwhelming. Service was nice. I wouldn't order food here again, as I've seen others have had trouble with the quality of meat being bad as well. This place did have a variety of convenient items here if you forgot sunscreen or wanted an ice cream.

Honestly, we weren't disappointed by anything we ordered. I had the salmon Benedict, my husband ordered the crepe, and we shared pancakes with our daughter -- everything was delicious and the portions were very reasonable for brunch. What stood out just as much as the food was how welcoming and accommodating they were with our toddler. It made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful, which parents definitely appreciate. The cafe itself is adorable. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas were equally cute, with beautiful floral touches throughout that made the whole space feel bright, fresh, and perfect for a brunch outing or special occasion. Great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely warm service. We would absolutely go back.

We did not, it was a 45 mins wait but was able to get in quicker since it was just us. The food and coffee was fantastic and Beignets was soft and fluffy. The coffee you can put your picture on top of your coffee or latte. It was only $2 more. The best $2 spent. Everyone should do it. The music was just right. The only complaint I had, the people next to us was on speaker phone with someone and you can hear the conversation and the crackling background noise. The other person was playing music. I wanted to enjoy my time with my partner on a beautiful sunday afternoon. I wouldn't of mind if they were talking on the phone or had headphones. We just ended up eating really fast and left. I would recommend this place for sure, the food was delicious. I wish I had a better experience.

We got the Biscoff Roll (amazing), quiche, chocolate croissant, and El Asombroso (4 shots of espresso....and a few other things mixed in). Everything was tasty and no disappointment here. The display cases are gorgeous, packed with pastries, chocolates, gelato, and desserts that look like they were crafted by someone who takes sugar very seriously. The quality is solid across the board: rich flavors, clean execution, and that little touch of indulgence you expect from a resort of this caliber. The coffee is strong, smooth, and exactly what you need before a pool day or after a late night. Service is friendly and efficient, even when the line gets long (and it will). The team keeps things moving without making you feel rushed, which is impressive given the constant flow of guests. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that's the Fontainebleau effect -- you're paying for convenience, quality, and the ability to grab a beautiful pastry without leaving the property. For a quick breakfast, an afternoon pick‑me‑up, or a late‑night sweet tooth situation, it hits the mark. Overall, Chez Bon Bon is a reliable, delicious stop for coffee and treats inside the resort. Not quite a destination bakery, but absolutely worth the visit when you're staying on‑site. A strong 4‑star experience that adds a sweet little perk to the Fontainebleau stay. Salute

Was quite pleased with what I ordered. Ham Croqueta: Crispy outside breading and very gooey inside. There were nice ham chunks inside. Chicken Croqueta: Same format as the ham croqueta. Though this one was kinda bland. The chicken strands just kinda blended in with the gooey mush center whereas the ham chunks were nice and smoky. Tequeño: Nicely executed with a cheesy center and crispy outside. Cuban Sandwich: I like how they really pay attention an evenly distributed and nicely crisped press on both sides. Many places are only partially crispy. The ratio of ham, pork, cheese, pickles and mustard was just right. The flavors worked in harmony and there wasn't one ingredient that dominated the rest.
