We hired Jesse and his team to paint our primary residence in preparation for a spring sale and it made a vast difference in our marketing. Not only did we sell our home quickly, and for top dollar, we enjoyed having Jesse's team at our home during a stressful renovation period. They worked collaboratively, communicated respectfully, and brought a comfortable energy to our home during their working hours. They cleaned up after themselves and Jesse was sure to come by regularly to check on the work. When our bathroom paint bubbled because the previous flipper did not prime the walls well, they executed the repair work perfectly. Although the exact color I wanted was not available, Jesse went to his paint store and custom ordered a color that was an excellent match - had he not told me, I would not have known the difference. Though this review is long over due, it was well earned. Thank you Jesse for an excellent job. We have passed your company information along to the new buyers in case they need to order more paint through you.

We've used Showstopper Painting twice--with very different experiences…read more The first time was great. They painted our rental property efficiently and professionally. Although they were a bit pricey, the quality and service made it feel worth it. Because of that, we hired them again to paint the exterior and interior of an investment property. Unfortunately, this time around was a major disappointment. After carefully selecting a soft, off-white color called "Casa Blanca," we were shocked to walk in and see the entire interior painted bright white--walls, ceilings, and trim. It turns out the painters misunderstood the color name as "white house" and painted everything white. A simple confirmation call or text would have avoided the mistake. To try to make it right, they offered to paint the bathroom (which I had originally planned to do myself). I placed the correct paint can by the door--yet they still painted the bathroom white. They did eventually come back to correct that error. There was also overspray left on the windows, which they did eventually come back to clean, but only after being asked several times. We chose not to have them repaint the entire interior, but it was disappointing. The lack of communication between the supervisor and the crew was obvious and frustrating. Sadly, we won't be using Showstopper Painting again. There are plenty of painters out there who charge less and communicate better. We expected the same great service as our first experience, but this second time really missed the mark.

She doesn't just leave u unsatisfied and guarantees to promise you on making u completely happy. She made sure to come back and scheduled time to do finishing touches in my kids room and turn it exactly the way I in visioned it. The teal on the walls pop and every color, the blues on my walls popped! I needed someone as meticulous and thorough to do the job and she exceeded my expectations! ----------------------------------------------------- I want to thank Melody for a job well done and in doing an amazing paint job on my house. I've ran several quotes of other painters in the area but nothing came out to meet the pricing and standards that Melody gave. She quoted me for the paint job. And although I found cheaper you also do get what you pay for. She also made sure I stayed in budget and tried to keep costs down by using the necessary paint I already provided. Upon meeting with Melody, I liked that she was very kind, considerate and professional at making sure she was going to take my ideas into consideration and get the paint job done. She worked around painting my house with my boys popping their heads in a couple times during the day and my dog lingering around. My house had accent walls with navy blue colors in different parts of the house, grey in some areas and teal in my boys room. The colors popped and married well with the design of my house. The job was done more quickly then I expected. The only thing I failed to do was ask for a walk through after the paint job was done to make sure it was everything I wanted. I did run things by her about some additions and tweaks I needed to get done to my boys room. This was after I already had paid her and left. There was just a small miscommunication about my concept I wanted. I was so busy on her last day of the job that I didn't really examine carefully to make sure I was 100% with everything I wanted in my house design. We communicated after the job about doing a follow up in doing the additions I wanted in the boys room. she responded to assure me she will take care of it. I was so pleased to had received a thank you card in the mail from her. The only reason why I gave her 4 stars for now is because I am still waiting for her to do the necessary minor additions to my boys room. I will update my rating and post pictures of her work once all is completed. I want to make sure we have a formal walk through with the paint task done which would guarantee me and any customer to be 100% satisfied.
