Ricardo came to give us an estimate the very next day. The price was within our budget and they did a very professional job. We chose the color and they did exactly as I hoped. The difference is night and day. They even worked around our schedule which was awesome! My husband and I will be going to Ricardo and his team for all future jobs. Thanks guys! We highly recommend for paint jobs and they also do pressure washing services as well.

All rooms painted included the ceilings and all of these rooms had considerable wood trim including baseboards, crown molding, bookshelves, transoms, and wood-trimmed windows. Ricardo's team was fully ready for their day's work by 8:00 am each morning with their shoes covered the entire time. All furniture and floors were covered, surfaces fully prepared and imperfections corrected before they applied any paint. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results! Ricardo brings a superb work ethos and humble but professional persona which is reflected by the professionalism, courtesy and quiet efficiency of the entire painting team. R & P Painting has our highest possible recommendation for all of your residential and commercial painting requirements. Absolutely superb service!

No accountability or integrity. DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more We tried to hire AKK. We provided our numbers to Rosa who repeated them back. We scheduled a day for the estimate. When that day arrived, I waited and AKK never showed up. I called and Rosa said she canceled our appointment because we did not confirm via text. She then read back the number she wrote down and it was the wrong number. I asked of they confirm or verify before they cancel and she blamed me that I didn't answer the text - that I did not receive - because she wrote down the wrong number. They also had my spouses number and never texted or verified with them either. Afterwards, I very respectfully asked for painter recommendations in a local group and the owner began blaming me for bad mouthing his company online, that they are great and that I came to his neighborhood to speak badly - never once did he message or apologize for any issue, he was extremely accusatory and completely unprofessional. No accountability and spiteful owner. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We chose a very neutral paint color and Rick was quick to respond if we had a question throughout the process. The crew showed up to begin paining each day in a timely manner. They were very kind and professional. It did take them a couple of days longer than Rick had estimated, however the attention to detail they show when taping off everything was so detailed that they didn't miss a single thing. The paint job they did also was superb. Our home is 28 years old, but they made the interior look brand new after completion. We also met the field supervisor and the owner came over several times to check on the work being done. They cleaned up after finishing the job better than they found things. If you are looking for a company to provide a stress free job, this is the company to hire.

Highly recommend Randy Overacre Painting (and now Garage Floors too!)…read more We've used Randy Overacre Painting twice over the past 20 years for interior painting here in Sandbridge, and both times the results were flawless. Recently, we decided to tackle our garage, which was a major eyesore thanks to a small but persistent oil leak (the joys of a 21-year-old car and wanting antique plates). Honestly, I didn't think much could be done. Boy, was I wrong! Randy's team came out, ground down the floor (it looked amazing just like that!), and then applied a polyaspartic flake finish. The transformation is incredible! It looks so good now, we almost don't want to park our cars in there. All in ONE Day ......Seriously, it's a complete 180. If you're looking to transform a space - whether it's painting or a garage floor makeover - I can't recommend Randy enough. He's local, trustworthy, knows his stuff, and is just a great guy to work with. Give him a call - you won't regret it!
