They do NOT disinfect their tools properly and they use the same files on different customers. Also, two of my nails are very crooked I don't even know how she managed to do so. Out of town with a friend, and we went to get a pedicure here. The experience started poorly when they sat me down at a chair with old water in the bowl. They drained the water, but didn't clean the bowl before filling it for me. No one told us how much the pedicures were going to cost, but we assumed around $30-$40 a piece. We got up front to pay and it was $117 for the both of us. When the lady checking us out could see that we weren't expecting that price, she handed us a price chart for us to take. The price listed was $8 cheaper than what we paid. Very disappointed with our overpriced, mediocre pedicures. read more

I was told to come back in 45 mins. I set an alarm on my phone and did that. I returned to be put in a pedicure chair for 40 minutes unattended. There's nails everywhere on the carpets. The arms of the chairs are dirty. Definitely not high end here. read more

I went here and got my nails done when I went for a fill also where I was told that I had a fungus growing on my nails. I went back again a year later and had my nails done thinking it was a fluke and I ended up getting fungus on my nails AGAIN! they do not clean their tools and I'm beyond upset. I called to complain and got the run around. I spent over $150 in a month on my nails there and I got nothing but a fungus. Not friendly either, avoid this place if you value healthy nails. read more
