He shaved off a ton of my nail when filing and then proceeded to tell me, he couldn't shape them because they were too short... I've never had this issue in my entirety of going to nail salon! The lady got mad when I said that wasn't going to work and drilled it all off damaging my nails. The owner Tiffany wasn't any help.
