The lady got mad when I said that wasn't going to work and drilled it all off damaging my nails. The owner Tiffany wasn't any help. We came today (walk-in) with my mom and brother for pedicures. They were nice and helped us within less than15 min we all three were getting service. They were able to get the ingrown nail for my brother. He was very satisfied in how they treated him. My mom also got a manicure and was a little unsatisfied about how they didn't treat her cuticles and no massage for her hands. They only cut her nails and painted it. It was a little pricy $210. On vacation from CA and went in here for a acrylic fill. I told them to round my nails and they were almond. No Problem I guess. They used black polish to bring out my color, but black was seen all over. I could deal with that. After about 10 days my nails on my right hand started hurting. 3 weeks later went to another city and they filled. Said the acrylic was very thick and removed a bit. Got home and nails continued to hurt. Went in and nail tech found LOTS of fungus growing under the fill that had been done in this place. They used files that were just sitting on their desks that were not clean. I had NO idea that fungus could be caught. NOW my nails are removed and filed to the base for treatment. They also charged me WAY more than I was originally quoted. 60 dollars for a fill and my daughter was 80 because she chose two different colors. Nothing fancy, just two nails were painted another color. Go elsewhere unless you want to lose your nails!! read more

As I went in I trusted them. They were super sweet but I asked for a certain design with a accent nail did not get what I wanted. And that was after I had called and asked if they have availability right away she said yes I'll be done in 10 min (at 12pm) she didn't get me In the chair until 12:30. I'm rounding up to 3 stars, I think it should really be 2.5 stars. The people were attentive to me but only me. I checked in for a mani-pedi and was not taken back until around 30 minutes after arriving. My husband was also with me, and we wanted to get him a pedicure along with when I was getting mine. They totally failed to notice that and only called me back when I was going for the pedicure. I mentioned to the nail tech that my husband is supposed to get his pedicure too, but he told me, "The girl will call him back when she's ready." After my WHOLE PEDICURE was completed, and I was in the beginning of my manicure, then they called my husband back. After waiting over an hour, he decided against getting it done and just waited for me to finish. They have absolutely no problem taking dual appointments if it's 2 sisters going or something like that, but automatically assume that since my husband was there that he was not going to have anything done. Oh well. We don't come this way much anyway but hopefully they respect couples further on. read more

My daughter and I went there for just a Gel polish change, NO MANICURE, NO PEDICURE, just geI polish. I was charged over $100 for just that! I thought it seemed awfully overpriced!! The lady who did my pedicure was extremely nice and friendly, but her personality was the only good part of the experience. I would love to have known about the spa pedicures that they offer, but I didn't see anything about it until the end and they didn't ask. It's probably for the best though because I don't think I would have wanted to pay any more than the $37 that my pedicure costed. I got essentially none of the good parts of a pedicure (like the massage) and the nail polish that I picked was extremely clumpy and gross. I wish she would have just asked me to pick a different one or maybe just not have had that one out there. After getting my nails covered in clumpy, hard to dry nail polish, I went to pay and asked if I could dry my nails somewhere and the lady told me to just be careful, so I just left.
