The other thing that surprised me was the wait time. Even when not busy, the food will easily take 15+ minutes without ordering anything too exotic. All that being said, the food was very good, and unique. I did find it to be a tad salty and greasy for my liking, but overall, I had no issues with the food, and found it enjoyable. While waiting, I watched three separate customers bring back incorrect orders. The staff seemed overwhelmed, indifferent, and completely uncoordinated.
