The other thing that surprised me was the wait time. Even when not busy, the food will easily take 15+ minutes without ordering anything too exotic. All that being said, the food was very good, and unique. I did find it to be a tad salty and greasy for my liking, but overall, I had no issues with the food, and found it enjoyable. The wait time and prices will probably keep this place from being somewhere I would frequent, but I still think it is worth trying if you are in the area and looking for something different.

On top of the unsanitary environment, the service was completely dysfunctional. I waited 25 to 30 minutes for my two burgers and fries without being acknowledged. While waiting, I watched three separate customers bring back incorrect orders. The staff seemed overwhelmed, indifferent, and completely uncoordinated. Between the unsafe, unhygienic conditions and the abysmal service, I will never return.
