Terrible service!! The guys is slow on processing the paperwork when I was registering my daughters vehicle to my insurance. Took almost 30 mins because he didn't even know what he was doing. When I finally left, I realize he never put my daughters name on the insurance. Basically paid $90 for it. I was told to come back and when I did no one attended me. It took the man 10 mins to tell me that he's on his break and the lady will attend me. The lady behind him was on the phone and ignored me. I finally left after 15 mins because that lady wasn't helping me at all. She finally acknowledged me when I was leaving. I definitely would NOT recommend anyone to come to this unorganized, slow ass employees!! *** went to the one on Vanowen and van nuys. The lady Shantal Bustamante, did a bad job at getting us insurance. She cancelled our policy early without telling us their was a fee. We asked her and she said no fee you will get a refund in the mail. Also on top of that she didn't get us with our old insurance saying that car wouldn't be covered because it was a salvage which I confirmed with our old insurance that's not true. She just wanted to get us on a new insurance and pay extra money. Also she messed up on the new policy, they are asking for additional information. It was so much stress and she didn't even want to help when we called to complain. Never again ! read more

Showed up around 1:40 pm to locked doors with a sign that said be back at 1:30. Flag number one. Flag number two was two men finally walking up to open the doors, if there's two of you why the hell did you ever need to have the place closed. Backstory: I lapsed on my car insurance and was told I couldn't pay over the phone and had to go to a location or send in a money order. I said I'd go in and the representative over the phone pulled up this location and said I could go there. I informed the guy I was working with of what was going on. While trying to pull up my account he was too concerned with his text messages and had me repeat my policy number three times before getting it right. Without informing me of what's going on he calls into customer service, I asked him twice what was going on because the first time he didn't hear me the second time he responded slightly annoyed like I was bothering him trying to do his job and Instagram at the same time. As he's on the phone he starts saying generalized things like "ok, I'll let her know. Ok, she will mail it." While still on the phone I told him I do not want to mail it and if that was what I HAD to do I shouldn't have been told to waste my time and gas driving over here to do it, and if the person on the phone is saying otherwise ask to speak to a supervisor. Of course, he ignored me and hangs up. Tells me I have to mail it. Now I'm irritated and repeat myself like I'd been doing since the beginning and tell him they need to be called back. He said he could give me the number and I could reach out on my own and after about five minutes of arguing with the lazy jerk he lets me use he phone, I explain to the rep what's going on and I'm informed that they can in fact do it they just have to fax it. Considering the fact that this guy told me there was nothing he could do at all I made sure that the phone rep got on the phone and repeated exactly what he said to me. Ironically enough, NOW THEY CAN DO IT BUT THERES A 10$ PROCESSING CHARGE. Which mind you, would have been fine before Mr.YoureNotMakingMeCommissionSoEffYou blatantly lied to my face. I ask to speak to a manager and the manager says there's nothing that can be done about the charge and did not even apologize nor say anything in response to my explanation of how lazy, inconsiderate and in appropriate his employee had been with me. I was offered water. Don't go here unless you are planning on getting a new form of insurance because they don't care about anything other than what's going to make them money. read more
