Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Heberlyn went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. It's rare to find someone so efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality service. Thank you again, Heberlyn!

After the sudden passing of both my mother and father at the end of June, I contacted Diana…read moreregarding my parents' auto policy. She was incredibly kind and compassionate and told me she would reduce the policy while I waited for the title to transfer so the car could be sold. The car has been sitting in the driveway and is no longer being driven. Unfortunately, I discovered that I was charged the full premium and was about to be charged the full amount again. I spoke with Nadine, who reduced the premium moving forward but refused to credit the previous month , despite Diana telling me the policy would be reduced. What was most upsetting was Nadine's response when I expressed my disappointment. She said "I can just cancel your policy if you would like." I was shocked by her lack of empathy, especially given that I had just lost both of my parents. I understand policies and procedures, but compassion and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Nadine, I would not recommend this agency.

In the 11th hour, we found refuge at Danny Fernandez State Farm with the aide of Fernanda. I'm…read moreembarrassed to admit, but we began searching for auto coverage on line, trusting that the person(s) on the other end had our best interest in mind. Long story short, that was the farthest from the truth, leaving us uninsured and uninformed of that fact. We reached out to our local State Farm agency, and were blessed when a kind, understanding representative answered the phone. Fernanda patiently waited as I frantically went on and on about the nightmare of an experience we had had over the past few days, then reassured me that she would take care of us. Within minutes, Fernanda did what 4 other insurance companies couldn't. She found us coverage tailored to our needs, within our budget, and most importantly, doing so with concern for our peace of mind. I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses, and car insurance is no exception. Lesson learned!

Worst experience ever with Danny Fernandez - State Farm Insurance…read moreI called this agency for an auto quote and the agent gave me what seemed like a great rate. I was excited, asked all the questions, provided all my information, and even switched my policy over based on that quote. A few days later, right after everything was processed and I had already canceled my old insurance, they called me back saying "oops, we made a mistake" and suddenly my payment went up by $300. When I asked why and how this could happen, all I got was a half-hearted "sorry about that" and no real explanation or effort to fix it. The women I spoke to on the phone were completely nonchalant, acted like it was no big deal, and basically shrugged it off like losing a customer doesn't matter to them. Zero accountability, zero urgency, zero care. This is straight-up bait-and-switch behavior. Do NOT trust the quotes you get from Danny Fernandez's office--they'll reel you in with a fake low price and then jack it up once you're locked in. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. I'm beyond disappointed and now stuck shopping for new insurance all over again because of their incompetence.
