To be frank, it was a bit overwhelming to learn of the various policies and plans offered and I needed some time to go over the plans and policies before I committed to them. Jayson was available to answer my questions and meet with me face to face again to finalize my life insurance policy and supplemental insurance benefits, which by the way, pays me for regular doctor's visits, urgent care and other medical visits. The supplemental benefits plan came just in time, because less than two months later, I burned my arm while ironing. When I wanted no depreciation I would think this would've been explained by the agent Chris Bradley. The addition was around $145 which would never have been an issue. I think he was negligent in not explaining this to me and said I should've looked over the paperwork. This should be covered by their errors and omissions insurance but they are refusing to accept any responsibilityNeedless to say when is time for renewal I will be moving my policy
